This hotel continues to be one of my favorite places to stay whenever in Barbados. Smack in the middle of Oistins to the south and the city to the north, Golden Sands gives you that balance of getting away from it all, and being able to be in the loop of things whenever u want. Food, transportation and entertainment are...

Stayed here on a stopover to Trinidad. Exellent service and close to all the attractions on the island. Food in particular was excellent especially the fish. Only downside is dated decor, but would totally recommend.

stayed here for a week whilst stuck in Barbados. Room rate is competitive and flexible. Large basic rooms with kitchen facilities. Small bathroom. Basic TV package. Comfy beds. Great air con. Sunny private balcony. Located ten minutes walk from the market and atm. A casual stroll from the deserted beach. Not far from Friday nights oistins fish fry. The staff...

The hotel was nice, clean with a very good restaurant at the back. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with a living room and a kitchen. It was great to be able to fix quick snacks and breakfast. The beds could be more comfortable with newer mattresses.

I was put up here by LIAT due to their delays making me miss a connection. I therefore have no idea how much it costs and therefore can't comment on the value, but I wouldn't want to stay/pay myself. It was fine for an overnight but not as a place to stay any longer. The room was massive, with two...

I went there with my mother and two of her friends for Sunday lunch. It was a good local buffet but the menu is better if you hold a function there. We had the pleasure of meeting Mikey there, so we were made up! After lunch we relaxed on the swinging seat. It was a very relaxing Sunday! Staff were...

I had a great time, It was very chilled atmosphere, great drinks and food. My only complaint is that the first round of Rum Punches had to be sent back, were definitely not up to standard.... but all around a good lime.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Took my luggage to my room but didn't show up when I was leaving and had to haul my luggage down two flights of stairs. The restauant in the back of the hotel was ok but didn't have much to offer. Must say horrible coffee out of a machine. Like I said nice clean...

Hotel is pretty basic but functional. Staff are brilliant! Smallish pool, restaurant and bar. Nearest bars and resturants are a couple of miles away at Oistins and St Lawrence Gap. Don't miss Fish Friday at Oistins!

Not a bad place if you just want somewhere to rest your head. Rooms are clean, well maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside it's a bit out the way, but then plenty of buses as it's on the main road. Beach opposite is almost private, and nice pool. Restaurant attached is ok for a quick snack...
