great value for money , with the most helpful and friendly people we have ever encountered. the food was good considering cuba,s limitations , almost over helpful bar staff, and the best animation and entertainment we have ever come across. 4star would be more accurate. Must visit Pillar beach, fab, and go on the speed boat excursion, great fun and...

We ended up at the Meliá Cayo Guillermo mid way thru our vacation. We originally went to the Meliá Cayo Coco but it turned out the pool was having maintenance so it was not useable. We asked to relocate and we accommodated without question. The Meliá Cayo Guillermo has one of the nicest beaches we have seen in Cuba. Long...

We spent 11 nights at the Melia and on the whole had a positive experience but there is definitely room for improvement. The room we were given was adequate and comfortable but the bathrooms were in dire need of refurbishment, the shower was barely usable, with antiquated fittings and tired and tatty decor. The staff were a mixed bag ranging...

My husband and I were at Melia Cayo Guillermo for our honeymoon last year. I am a Cuba lover, and I have visited many hotels in Cuba in the past 6-7 years and I can honestly say that this was my best stay ever. We had 2 or 3 little problems arriving at the hotel (we had a room with...

First I would like to thank Eidel for helping make our vacation perfect. We traveled with 4 other couples and he did his best to keep us all together, we all had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a complimentary bottle of rum in our rooms when we arrived, which was a nice touch. This is our 4th visit to...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Meliá Cayo Guillermo is located one of the most beautiful and white-sandy beaches with more than 1300 palm trees, and swept by very transparent waters.
