The hotel is big and looks clean at public areas, the room is nice, but if you staing for a few days, pay attention they dont change bed lines or towls, nor cleaning the floor... too bad. The food is o.k dining room staff are kind and profesional. Frond desk are nice too. Overall the hotel is nice

We spend one night at Genoardo Park Hotel before heading to the airport in Palermo. The hotel is located outsideWiFin, although our GPS had us go through heavy traffic. The hotel garden is nice and the pool is decent. The interior and rooms has a moldy smell, and as a whole it seems worn down (the style is old fashioned)....

The hotel and the room are nice, the hotel staff was very nice and gentle. The location if you haven't a car and not used to narrow streets isn't the best, even if the location is at five minutes from Monreale and ten minutes car from Palermo city center.

The place was one of many recommended to us by our travel agent. We went on the hotel's website and had a look-see at their photos. It seems big and grand and our impression was of a place catering to large tour groups and/or families. But being early May, we may just miss the start of the season. We arrived...

We were concerned about large tour groups and poor service, but we stayed two nights and found the service and staff to be flawless. Dinners were exceptionally good, and the staff, especially Fillipo, went out of their way to help us confirm our ferry to Salerno. ( We would NOT recommend the Grimaldi ferry! ) In all, we found the...

this is a place for big groups, bus loads, so if you come on your own you will not like this place. The room was fine, but outside of the reception girl, the staff was unhappy, unhelpful and just unfriendly. We tried to get the menu a la carte (the one where you don't have to take whatever they serve...

The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a lovely breakfast terrace.with fine views. The hotel is immense and caters principally for conferences and weddings, I imagine. It is in between Palermo and Monreale on a very long and narrow side road. The drive to Monreale is not for the faint hearted and the only car park we could find...

Some people on TripAdvisor have clearly stayed in a different hotel! There are NO ground floor rooms, all was clean & tidy, pool clean, gardens cared for, staff friendly, beds comfortable. The "navette" (free bus shuttle to Palermo) was easily reserved (it goes at 9am and returns from the city at 4pm), the reception booked a taxi from the airport,...

The hotel grounds and pool were fantastic but the rooms were basic and needed upgrading but were spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. During our stay our friend celebrated her birthday. The hotel offered to make her a cake and put flowers in her room, they also made her a card. This we felt was a lovely...

We got a very good deal and booked this hotel because we needed a place to stay near Palermo and Monreale. We did not really read any reviews or information about the hotel. If you have a car, it has a good location, since you can easily reach Monreale (3km) and Palermo (8km). Don't be afraid of narrow roads and...
