We stayed here for two nights as part of a walking holiday and could have honestly stayed a fortnight. Everything good (apart from the steep walk up!) - staff very friendly and helpful, fabulous food and service in the restaurant. Room was spacious, if a little old-fashioned. Four courses of very special food for dinner and an amazing choice for...

This is an over-achieving three star hotel. Older with a great view overlooking the town and water. Normally I avoid hotel restaurants but this one was great. Couple of minor things could improve it. Parking was confusing but free. While the room was a nice size and the bathroom attractive (and would have expected this to be a four star...

After an 18klm walk to the hotel as part of our Catalan walking holiday it was refreshing to be greeted by the wonderful staff and the Hotel Catalan. The room was functional clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular. The town was quiet and inviting. Definately worth a stopover, would have have to stay longer but...

Good clean basic rooms most have sea view popular in season so book. Walk into town for the energetic well worth it. Good selection on the menu but pricey. If you are route the location is superb, two pools seas views.

The hotel offers breathtaking views of the harbour and beyond. The style of a Mediterranean villa, beautifully decorated restaurant with sweeping views, fabulous meals, outdoor swimming pool, excellent room with balcony and panoramic view, good private parking.

I regret that I am unable to give this hotel a better rating. We stayed in this hotel a year earlier and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. So much so, that I booked the same 2nd floor sea view room (440) last January for a 5 night stay for last week. The hotel still has the excellent views of the ocean...

Stayed here on short notice when our original accommodation fell thru. Very pleasant staff, reasonable prices but others have said, a little dated. So all in all a nice 3* hotel, wouldn't want to stay more than a weekend, adequate.

Plus points were location and view. External areas were very good. However I'm puzzled by the good ratings given by other visitors. The hotel is fairly tired and could use an upgrade in the rooms and interior public areas. The main negative was the food and as the hotel offers only half board this is a significant negative. The chef...
