For one night that is enough, comfortable bed, mold in the shower would need good maintenance to give it a new look, the insulation non-existent we can hear the rooms on each side, the customers next to our room were talking we would have had the feeling of being in the same room as them.

We stayed one night in this hotel. To begin with, the welcome is deplorable, no friendliness. We arrived around 9:50 p.m. and the people refused to serve us food, telling us the service is over, and laughing, adding you are going to be hungry tomorrow morning. Nothing was offered to us, I have never seen such unfriendly and unpleasant people at the reception of a hotel. Of course it's a shabby hotel but still that doesn't stop us from being friendly!!!!! As for breakfast, it wasn't served until 8 a.m. which was much too late for us... once again nothing was offered to us, people were giggling behind their counters!!! Lamentable!!!! The rooms for the price were mediocre, the cleanliness was average….In summary, hotel to avoid!!!

The room is spacious, the bedding very well, a very decent bathroom and an independent toilet. A small tray is provided.
There is nothing wrong with the room but it is a place where it is difficult to rest. The hotel receives mainly workers who work on surrounding construction sites including that of the hotel and they have no respect for calm. I had to go out twice at 12:30 to ask these gentlemen to talk outside my window. Finally, the hotel is right in front of the technical center of the city, and at 6:30, the employee started blower and mower. Unacceptable! Unfortunately, the environment is really not suitable for a relaxing night in this hotel.

Passing through Fontenay le Comte, hotel booked for one night.
Single, basic room.
No storage, only a "micro dressing room" placed in a corner, no space in the bathroom (very small) to put your belongings.
Kettle provided with free instant coffee or tea, which is a nice touch.
Correct bedding.
No sound insulation, you hear everything from your neighbors, dogs are allowed, nighttime barking goes with it 😕...
Its big weak point: the prices charged, very very expensive given the type of hotel, very poor value for money in view of the services, "first class/formula 1" type hotel.
Disappointed

Hotel just for a night of passage. You can hear the traffic from the rooms, that’s a fact. The insulation is very weak, too weak even.
The room is really shabby but still comfortable.
Be careful, the shower seals are scary 😱. It's high time to redo them. It is not normal.
No WiFi available despite what reception says!

and at the far end. Despite making the request for disabled room with double bed 1 week in advance was given a room on the upper floor, ....no lift....39 metres from the staircase, and with twin beds.
There were no facilities whatsoever for disabled guests. The bathroom so narrow that it is impossible to turn round. Even had I been able to msnoever onto the wc I doubt there would have been room to use it.
The staff at check in explained that this was the only free room, with little dympsyhy for my predicament
