Nice spacious rooms. Very clean. Exceptional staff and location. Train station across the street. Lots of local shops a short walk away, no streets to cross. Pedestrian town square. Definitely would stay again

Spacious rooms compared to most European hotels I've stayed in. All hotel staff and most of the restaurant staff speak excellent English. I found them very willing to accommodate any special requests. Location is perfect, directly across from the train. If you want a parking space, though, rent a SMALL car, and arrive early.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The first room we were originally in was very large but quite dated, and had two single beds (the only room left). We had to change the room as the noise from the bar terrace was too loud so the staff upgraded us to a new modern room. This room was amazing,...

Situated right next to the Unna train station. My room was on the station side, and I enjoyed watching the activity out my window. Unna is a beautiful little city to walk through. I greatly enjoyed taking a stroll right out the hotel and up the stairs to the town center. The price was a good value for the amenities....

The hotel's website and its mean 1990's exterior and public spaces made me not really enthusiastic having to stay here. The hospital-like hallways did not really change that. But what a surprise: I had apparently been upgraded to an "Exclusive double room"! I opened the door and entered a brand new super-spacious room with open bathroom with separate bathtub and...

Stayed for 5 nights on a business trip. The room on third floor was adequately furnished to a base standard. But the WIFI router on this floor was very intermittent and not quite useable. The hotel reception was quite helpful, and offered me a room in the newer wing of the hotel, which had wired internet access. This was much...

I was fortunate enough to stay in room 402 which is large and comfortable. It has a large double bed (very comfy), a huge bathroom with double sink and shower inside the big bath and a separate toilet room. There is also a mini bar, tv and access to the huge rooftop balcony. The room was also very clean with...

This hotel is very deceiving, it's rated 4 stars and when you first walk in it seems that way, but probably the only 4 star thing in the hotel is their food. The room: Bed - twin size, old spring mattress. Uncomfortable and small, not 4 star Shower - fiberglass corner shower, small but had good water pressure and warm...

I stayed here for 4 nights for business. The hotel in fact advertises itself as a business hotel, but the WIFI is awful!!! The only time I could get signal is when I leaned out of my door and that was only one bars worth of signal. I spoke to the reception staff about this but they were not helpful,...

I have been here three times in last six years. Every time it's getting worse and worse. All rooms in 1st floor stinking after cigarettes and personal in bar and by breakfast are extremely unfriendly and unskilled. You order drinks and feels like you own them something. This hotel needs proper manager as soon as possible. Miles far away from...
