Hotel was clean, rooms were large and well-equipped. The staff were all helpful and efficient. Breakfast was fantastic with great choice. Pool bar was handy and snack food was good too. The pools were very clean. In fact as in the title we had everything we needed right there.

Hotel is very nice, especially appropriate for couples with children. Rooms are comfortable and nice, staff is friendly and food for breakfast and dinner is very good. Bad is Internet, beach should be cleaner and parking is not available by hotel (but can be found free parking places in the streets around hotel). Very nice experience, and I can recommend... More

My friend and I stayed here in August for a week. The room we were given was dirty. There was black scummy mould in the bath, thick dust in the wardrobes, sockets coming away from the walls, telephone that beeped all the time and no air conditioning in the bedroom. On the first night we complained to the reception that... More

We (a family with two small kids) stayed at this hotel in the period Aug 20-Sep 3, 2016. The hotel is nice, quiet, clean and very close to the city-center. The rooms and terraces (on the first floor) are spacious and easily accessible by a stroller (no stairs, at least in the building closest to the reception). The garden is... More

We visited here in June. The hotel is lovely, staff helpful. Hotel is right on the beach and they have some great areas for relaxing on looking out at the sea. The pool is lovely and clean. We had half board, the food was good (not the best Ive had in Greece) Our room was clean and spacious. We loved... More

We stayed here for one week.... The location of the hotel is great, very close to the centre of Hanioti. Our room in the old block was very basic... The plug sockets were hanging of the wall... The bathroom smelt of sewage the whole time we were there.... The bath was a whirlpool bath...the water jets were filthy with a... More

The room was spacious and cleaned daily to a high standard. Customer service was great at the reception but especially at the bar. No problems sleeping as was far enough away from the busy nightlife of hanioti square but was still very close and accessible. Breakfast was okay. Over all a good hotel! but would expect a little bit more... More
