Nice and comfortable hotel, spacy rooms and good food, very helpful and polite staff. Restaurant nearby from same owner, excellent meals and reasonable pricing. Good alternative for more expensive hotels in Bethlehem.

Terrible experience
The staff are rude
Unbelievably rude.
The staff talks to guests like a warden
No chance to get near by.
For some reason, the boss started yelling at guests in order to make visitors evacuate the lobby for cleaning.
I really encourage you not to visit this hotel.

Hotel is worn out with rooms facilities that obviously had not been maintained for a long period. Level of clearness is quite sub-standard and attention to details is poor. Reading through earlier views, hotel and its managements seems to have deteriorated over time

This is a top notch hotel with lovely staff; the room was beautifully appointed in every way, very comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. Thus very good value for the price. There are a number of restaurants quite close, one of which is run by the same company as the hotel, and so I believe you are entitled to a discount (though it's not the cheapest place in the area). My only criticism is the location, as it's a good way from the old centre.

Room's furniture is excellent.
They have slow wifi "free" and kept disconnecting in the room while it was good in lobby.
It has central aircondition. Although, administration kept switching aircondition cooling on an off. I requested this to be fixed at least at night time. I stayed for 6 days and this affected me for consecutive days.
However, employees were cooperative specially Mr. Rami. Mr. Ma'moun , one of owners and manages of the hotel, is a cooperative and easy going yet he didn't help in air-conditioning issue! You can take a taxi to reach center of city which will cost 2.5 Shekel.

This hotel is world class! The service provided and the cleanliness were top notch. Our upgraded bathroom amenities and friendly staff interactions helped make my experience perfect! It was my first time to Hebron and I am looking forward to my next opportunity to come back. Everyone was so welcoming and made sure we had every need met! Thank you for a lovely time!

Modern, spotlessly clean, HOT water for showers, lots of towels. Good breakfast. Tea/coffee in the lobby at all hours, helpful staff. Best to take a taxi to the center of town if you want to explore, as it is quite a hike. If you want to be adventurous and try a "hubble-bubble" pipe like a tourist, this is a good place.
