Very clean and comfortable rooms; highest floor have attic slanted ceilings with no window or just an opening. so request lower floors. very small lounge at the entrance. but they have a beautiful large terrace with tables and chairs overlooking the wide street and center square.Service is a little slow due to language (Armenian and Russian spoken), limited English, French,...

I spent two nights here and loved this hotel. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cozy, and the bathrooms immaculately clean. The breakfast had a great variety to it, and was delicious. It is centrally located in the city.

So I got here after 5 hours of mountain travel from Yerevan. It's totally worth visiting. The hotel room is pretty nice, and very well heated considering -6 celsius outside. The wifi worked well, since my line didn't work there. Had nice breakfast. You can choose between food from Karabagh and some continental breakfast. So you have both options. I...

It was clean and central. The other "luxury hotels" were full due to some event. This was not our first choice. We had fireworks at night but no window to see them well. Does not have the standard luxury hotel comforts of the west, and for the price, it was not a very nice room. Carpet was stained. The lamp...

It's a beautiful, clean, and well-managed hotel. The wifi works great, the staff are responsive and friendly, and the rooms are decent sized. My mom and I arrived at night from a long drive and were able to get dinner and walk around the town at 11pm. It was a very pleasant stay!

We used this hotel as a jumping off point while visiting the entire region. It was good and did a fine job for what we needed. The staff does not speak any English (but does, of course, speak Russian and Armenian). The breakfast spread is only put out late - 8am, which can be a pain if you are headed...

Once arrived to the hotel front desk they said we don't have a reservation, although we had the proove with an email that we showed, also showing the name who confirmed us the reservation of a room. Poor old design, they need to renovate the carpet, beds almost everything in their rooms.

The Armenia Hotel in Stepanakert is well located in the center of town near the parliament, the museum and a big park where people gather in the evenings. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Wifi and air conditioning work well. There is a decent breakfast. The staff is helpful. Great laundry service that is inexpensive. The center of town is...
