This hotel has nothing "International" about it. Property is not maintained properly. The staff is lazy and "non-interested". Breakfast was far from being of good standard. It was learnt that at one time it was the best hotel, but it was found to be of...More
I had stayed there only one night. The room was specious, decorated scantly. Location is not bad, environment is busy. Service is slow. Rate is a bit higher compared to similar hotels. Breakfast is alright. There are plenty of option for lunch and dinner within...More
This hotel is located in a narrow alley in a crowded old town area. Reaching there in a vehicle is a challenge because of the heavy traffic and a narrow drive way. There is no place to stop in front of the hotel without obstructing...More

The hotel services are okay in the daytime (when I visited during summer recently). But after 10 pm, they offer hardly any services. Very skeletal staff remains on duty after 10 pm. Food is not that great ... viz. when I ordered mixed vegetable curry for dinner, what I got was plain 'lau-er torkari' that tasted bland; just some salt and pepper on boiled lau. Next morning in the buffet breakfast, to my utter surprise and disgust, I found the same curry (lau) being served again (possibly they make good use / recycle of the leftovers). Buffet breakfast is not worth having except for the egg items. Roti (chapatti) are white in color and look like prepared from maida (but hotel staff says the rotis are white since they use boiled atta - wheat flour)
