Do not be discouraged by the distance, it takes around 30 mins to get to the gates of the park. Stay stay here was very nice, all the staff is extremely kind and helpful and the rooms - nice and cosy. There is nice view surrounding the camp and the food was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend.

The campsite of Little Sossus is amazing. We were the only guests and had the stunning scenery for ourselves. Having a dip in their pool while oryxes and impala's are grazing next to you is just awesome. The campsites are all equiped with their own kitchen en bathroom, so all luxury you'll need!

we stayed here 2 nights and the place is beautiful. All the rooms are in the middle of wild nature (but safe) and you can enjoy a great panorama. The rooms are really pretty and romantic. Good food and nice swimming pool. That's a pitty we didn't share time with the host, I was curious to know how he lives...

This may not be the lodge with best quality in Namib but it offered the most touching moment during all my trips to over 40 countries, and this is also the first time I wrote the comment on tripadvisor. The lodge is little bit far from the gate around 40 km. It can be compensated by getting up early though....

We had booked 1 night at this campsite and since we already had visited the dunes we wondered if this wouldn't be a night 'too much'.. But is wasn't ! We had heard at a previous place about the winery that was close by (45 km is close by in Namibia), and we consider this winery NEURAS as one of...

We stayed in our 4x4 with roof tent at this location for 1 night. The location has very good facilities (toilets, showers, sinks, power points, shelter, etc.) with views of an open plain where there were many animals walking around (Oryx, Giraffes, Springbok, etc.). Location also has a pool which is good to cool down in the mid-day heat. There...

This campsite offers large stands with a roof and private bathroom and kitchen. The view of the oryx and gazelle grazing brings calmness in your soul. There is a small shop and pool for the hot days. It is only 35 kilometers from Sossusvlei. I prefer to stay here than at Sossusvlei itself.

Stayed at little Sossus when visiting Sossusvlei and Waterkloof. Friendly staff with great advice. Beautiful setting. Cabins are private and clean (no safes). Dinners are tasty and accommodating to special dietary requirements if you let them know in advance. Only downside is the 1/2 hour drive to the dunes in the morning and the long wait to get in.

We had a one night stay here on our way to see the dunes at Sossusvlei and we were pleasantly surprised! We pulled into the lodge at first (our reservation was at the campsite) and we were directed across the road to the campsite where we were told someone would meet us. After some confusion, the owner took charge and...
