This hotel has an excellent friendly and professional staff who looked after all our needs. The rooms are very clean and breakfast is awesome. We had the use of the pool 24 hours non stop. For an extra 80 bahts per person the hotel offers a shuttle bus that departs every hour to the airport. There is a 7 11...

yes it's cheap, yes it's near the airport, less than 10 minutes away by cab. But as soon as you pass by the reception ( the staff welcome is kind and efficient ) you can understand that it is strategic also for " private appointment ". furthermore, the room are not so clean: the mattress and the sheets were full...

The Vismaya was a very convenient for our one night stay in Bangkok and it sufficed for what we paid for. It was pretty standard and not much to complain about. The only semi negative things I have to say about this hotel was that the poor lighting in bathrooms, the room we stayed in was poorly decorated (as in...

I stayed here for one night before flying out of Bangkok. The hotel was pretty nice with a beautiful pool area. The room itself was large with a nice bed and an incredible bathroom. I really wanted to love this hotel, because it seemed very modern, but it was clear that the hotel isn't taken care of super well. There...

While checking in, the receptionist asked if I would like a baby cot seeing that I had my one year old with me. When I asked how much extra it would cost me, he said it was free. Once I got to my room, someone promptly brought in an extra large baby cot, set it up, put clean sheets on...

Great little find. We usually stay in the Novotel but couldn't justify the price for literally a bed for the night. So pleased we opted for the Vismaya. Easy to find transfer from the airport at 80bht each way, takes about 10 mins to get to the hotel. Friendly staff greeting on arrival with easy check in. Lovely pool area...

I booked a room here because I had a time lapse between flights on my way home. It was conveniently located 10 minutes from the airport. Upon my arrival the staff was very friendly and assisted me with my luggage. The room was very clean and modern. This served the exact purpose I needed it to--somewhere clean and quiet to...

Whilst a clean and pleasant hotel, I would only recommend this hotel as an overnight stop before or between flights. For those unaware, the airport is quite a distance from the main city of bangkok. Besides cleanliness, I expect 3 things when I stay at an overnight hotel between flights 1. Good bed - hit. Super king size. Comfy. Great...

Room was clean and spacious, shower worked really well, air con was fine. Breakfast was expensive but very good buffet with lots of options and good quality. Swimming pool was nice. This was a one night stopover to catch our flight back to the uk and it suited that purpose. They provide an hourly shuttle service to and from the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Vismaya – the name derives from Sanskrit and conveys a sense of wonderment, even amazement. Indeed, guests are certain to experience the very same when visiting a hotel of such grace and tranquility a mere five minutes from Thailand’s Suvarnabhumi International Airport. The low-rise, resolutely modern setting encompasses 67 well-appointed and technologically advanced rooms comprising 63 Deluxe, three Executive Suites and one Signature Suite accommodation types. Guests likewise enjoy a courtyard with swimming pool and garden area; food and drink venues including poolside terrace dining for Thai and international dishes; as well as a lobby bar serving not only cocktails but also fine teas and coffees along with gourmet bakery.Located in a quiet side street off Kingkaew Road, the hotel lies outside the main flight path of Suvarnabhumi yet nonetheless allows the convenience of stepping from a plane to stylish accommodation in far less time than would be required if one were staying in central Bangkok. Further adding to such convenience, Vismaya operates its own airport shuttle service providing transport to and from the airport. Come to know the wonders of Vismaya, where traditional Thai hospitality enhances contemporary boutique accommodation. ... more   less
