We planned a girl's trip and stayed in a four person igloo. In advance of the trip, we booked all our excursions, including airport transfer. When we arrived, the airport transfer was waiting for us and we were quickly transported to the resort. Check in was very quick and easy and yes we used a sled to get our luggage...

.... twice would be way too much. We saw the pictures of the glass igloos in a travel magazine and we fell in love with this " resort ". We decided to book a cabin with an igloo attached and that was definitely a great decision. The glass igloos look nice in a picture but in real life we found...

Kelo log cabin-,they have the glass igloo attached.the cabin was extremely cosy and warm ( we bought logs for the fire which I would recommend ).There is no TV,wifi or radio so we had to talk ,play cards etc...

A beautiful little resort, with nice cabins. But the service is lousy and the prices are outrageous. It is like someone bought the resort and is wringing as much money out of it as possible. My guess is that they have tapped into a rich vein of Japanese and American tourists willing to pay ridiculous prices. There must be better...

Two of us are staying in the resort for 4 days 3 nights. We lived in a cabin for the first two nights and the Kelo for the last night! Overall, we liked our stay! The cabin is so cosy, and you must try the fireplace too, make the room so warm and so right in the mood! We also...

I booked this resort and after reading reviews I had mixed emotions till I got there, but to be clear if you know what you are getting into and do a little research this could be the most amazing vacation you can have. Do not look at prices for your stay and expect the same level of service from in...

We loved our 3 nights in the kelo glass igloo, although we didn't see the northern lights. Fantastic cabin! My advice is this, before opting for the hotel transfer or private transfer, consider what we did. We rented a car from the airport for 3 days for almost the same price as a private taxi. Probably cheaper than the hotel...

We have just returned from 3 nights staying in a glass igloo. It's something I have wanted to do for a long time and booked about a year ago. I started to read some negative reviews and was beginning to get a little concerned this trip wouldn't meet expectations but it was everything I had wanted and more. The experience...
