If you're looking for a small but comfortable place to stay in Kalamata Hibiscos is a great find. Ok it's about a fifteen to twenty minute walk up into the man shopping/bar area but it's near the beach and marina where there are lots of bars & restaurants. The building is old but well refurbished, our room was a decent...

We did not stay at the hotel -fully booked- but visited this lovely hotel's bar and met one of the 2 owners, Panayiotis. We had a wonderful time in the cosy outdoor garden and enjoyed our chat with Panayiotis, who righteously took pride in his business and took good care of us. We hope to return to Hibiscus next year...

If you fancy a change from the heartless but efficient modern glass and concrete hotels then try this place. It is very centrally located yet we found it quiet. The owner, Dimitri, is very affable and keen to help. The room was small but cosy and the bathroom was tiny but workable All was spotlessly clean. There is a very...

Really nice and cosy little city hotel. The rooms are small but offer everything you need. The staff is really friendly. Best of all was the amazing backyard and the tasty and freshly prepared breakfast :)

We spent 5 nights here at the begining of the new season. Its an excellent small hotel with a very helful manager. The rooms are clean and tidy and checked every day. Breakfasts are on the large side with omlette, toast, meat selection, cheese and pastries. The location is great for the sea front and marina area of Kalamata.

For the price we paid the hotel was a great choice. Located just 5 minutes away by foot from the beach and 10 minutes from all central attractions including, museums, shopping, restaurants, cafes, etc. All staff encountered were pleasant, efficient and extremely helpful with local tips. We booked two double rooms which were both very comfortable, spacious and clean. The...

Very nicely restored period hotel close to the seafront, taxi rank, facilities. Attractive and comfortable room, good air-con, nice spacious bathroom. Helpful gentlemen running the hotel. Generous breakfast; lots of choice. Nice terrace at the back, which is also a cocktail bar open till midnight. Our window looked onto the terrace but we were not disturbed.

Charming hotel located close to the port, in one of the few historic buildings of the town. Rooms are stylish and well-equipped, breakfast is delicious, and price's honest. Big plus is the backyard, where you can chill out till midnight - after that, all noise stops and you realize how cool and silent the center of Kalamata can be. Taxi...

The exterior presents as a charming, small period hotel with the entrance opening onto the main street. It is only a few minutes walk to the beach and doesn't take that much longer to walk to the charming historical area of Kalamata. All in all, very conveniently situated. There are only five rooms but there isn't a resident member of...
