We spend our honey moon in Tuscany and choose this hotel for its location and opinions. We stayed at romantic room and was fantastic. We also enjoyed the spa and tried some massage. I recommend totally. Staff was great and helpful. There is a free parking near the hotel, good point. I just hope to be back to the same...

This hotel is a nice place to stay for business travelers. The front desk personnel were friendly and very helpful. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I was impressed with the bathroom shower which had an over the head nozzle and most importantly the shower space was nice. The morning breakfast had an assortment of Italian...

My fiancé and I stayed at Palazzo San Lorenzo for one night as it was near to a restaurant we were tasting for possibly wedding catering. The hotel is nice enough and appears to have been renovated recently with some high-end touches, but it definitely lacks charm. The corridors have almost a hospital feel to them. The rooms are modern...

We literally found this hotel by accident, as our hire car was involved in a collision on the road to San Gimignano. A very kind taxi driver organised a room for us at the Palazzo San Lorenzo at very short notice. We were shaken & needed two days to sort out the insurance & a replacement car and were so...

We were very pleased with the junior suite we stayed in at the Palazzo San Lorenzo. The bathroom was wonderful with an impressive up-dated shower and jacuzzi tub. Nice to have a sitting room and the bedroom was so large and spacious. The restaurant was OK and there is a bar and outside are. There is a spa with the...

We stayed here for 4 nights as part of a tour. This hotel is in a special location in a really beautiful Tuscan village. When we walked into the lobby - wow. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms were nice and modern, but the shower system rather odd. Free wifi was available. There was an indoor pool...

Dear Guest, I'm glad you liked many things of the Palace and of your stay, I'm sorry you did not like the menu proposed, unfortunately it is not so easy to reach all the expectations with a fixed menu. Cordially, Renato Zordan

Not far from the hotel is at 200 meter the old city gate with a carpark free of charge. The hotel is very nice and in the vicinity are some nice restaurants. If you follow the road down to the center of town you will find an elevator which brings you down through the rocks in a tunnel which ends...

the hotel location is not great- the town has nothing to see, and it gets board real quick. the hotel looks new and pretty but has no atmosphere or soul. the spa is extra charge and is very small. the hotel has a parking erea, but is too far from the hotel itself. the rooms are very large and fancy,...

This hotel has very big, clean rooms. There is nothing bad I can think off. Contrary. The stuff was very helpful and kind. We had also dinner at the hotel`s restaurant. The place is amazing (located in the old chapel, I think). Food and service - 5 star treatment. Also, you can try two other good restaurants few steps away:...

Beautiful hotel, in a charming medieval town. Beautiful contemporary rooms , very spacious. Gorgeous new bathrooms. Great buffet breakfast. Did not have dinner there as there were a number of better choices literally right around the corner. Arnolfo, a 2 michelin star restaurant, is a must for those who enjoy fine dinning. There is a small spa in the hotel...
