The resort had a serene atmosphere, greenery everywhere. Rooms were big and comfortable. Some had jacuzzis but were not in working condition. Nice place to visit with kids. Really close to the Lake Gardens which made it extra convenient. Avoid visiting in extreme hot/dry durations as the streams within the resort tend to dry-up making them inaccessible.

2nd time back after 4 years. Am happy to see that the grounds have matured well whilst the place is very well maintained. Opt for the standalone chalets instead of the rooms in the main building if you have plenty of time to spend in the place. The main building's rooms are quite standard with poor sound insulation. One way...

check in and check out were smooth. Staff were nice and informative but need more cheering up because they look gloomy. room is spacious. Furniture, bedding is still good. however, cleanliness need to be improved. jacuzzi/bath tub is dirty and in need of a good scrub. most of the lighting is out of order, no bedside table if you want...

This place consists of several types of accommodation (hotel like rooms, chalet, etc). Be sure to opt for the stream facing rooms. Room was of a good size and very good condition in terms of amenities and cleanliness. Location is also fantastic as it has a small stream with crystal clear water within the compound. Also located very near to...

Hotel rooms have 2...

I was here for a weekends getaway based on peers review. Its located at the foothills of Bukit Larut, Taiping Perak. I choose a top room with a forest view. The room is spacious with a balcony facing the river. It has a bathtub with no roof. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the river was not what I...

Loved the streams that run through the premises, the water was cold and was great for wading. Plenty of mosquitoes though, it is after all in nature itself. Agree with the other reviewer i.e. water temperature in bath room was difficult to control and the place seemed to be run by teenagers/ youngsters (20 -25 years olds). We got a...

The place was really big and beautiful. They seem to have been able to build the resort to complement the natural beauty of the forest and surroundings, it was picturesque and tranquil. The resort grounds are really well kept and delightful to spend time in. There is also a charming stream that runs through the property, and there are many...

I will make this short and sweet. Sentosa Villa is one of the better places i've stayed in, even compared with some 5 star establishments. Surroundings : If you like being surrounded by nature, the landscaping that they've done and the layout of the place is very pleasant, whether for a morning stroll or evening walk. The pictures that i...
