Room clean, nice shower with reasonable size room. No carpet in room, only tile. But it's ok. Has TV, aircond, fairly good bed. But room not sound proof. So you can hear foot steps, people talking and plug in at 2am in the morning. Price ok. Short 1 night stay fine. Hotel amongst shop lots building. Parking at basement quiet narrow.

This establishment understands its role as a basic and no-frills hotel perfectly and delivers well in all areas. It had a cosy and comfortable lobby with extremely helpful and accommodating front desk staff.
Stayed in a standard deluxe room and I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how spacious and well maintained the room was. They offered all the basic amenities and most importantly, the room and toilet was clean and felt fresh. It wasn't perfect (they don't provide hangars, and the entire toilet gets wet with every shower) but overall comfortable.
The hotel is strategically located at the city center and somewhat overlooks the river which offers some good views. Overall a good experience and really great value for money.

Very central and next to the food street. Lobby is on the 1st floor.
Rooms clean and comfortable. The room I got faces the river, had to pay more to get a river facing room.
Entry and download to carpark is very tight and difficult to move. First slope at entrance is steep, can scratch bottom of the car.
No lift from basement, have to carry bags to G lvl.

The only problem I faced is parking. Their parking facilities are limited and it is only for small sedan car. This put me in trouble to find parking for my car. Rest all are ok. Location is good. But the lobby is in second floor and there is no option for disable people. There are few steps every guests have to take to reach to lift.

Hotel located at downtown, very convenient, is a good location with beautiful Muar river night view! The room price is attractive and reasonable, room itself is clean and well equipped. We had a very good impression for our first stay in this hotel. Thumb up!!

booked here for a colleague's wedding. i took a bus ride and from the famous muar bridge heading towards the center of muar, you can already see this hotel standing among the small buildings on the other side of the river. the bus stop is a quick 5 minute walk from the hotel. the hotel offers a special room but you need to top-up 10MYR more but since i got really excited when i saw the hotel from the bridge i opted to choose the special room hoping for a nice view of the muar river. sad to say, my room view were old buildings and hawker stalls - which is also not that bad because i was able to plan where to eat next. i took a muar walking map from the lobby and used it as a guide where to go and where to eat around town. it was very helpful and the hotel's location is perfect for strolling (mind you, it is not a very short walk). as for the room, it is very clean since it is very new (almost 3 months old only). they have this blue-toilet-soapy-bubbly thingy when you flush the toilet bowl which i always put in my toilet back at home and it somehow gives me a clean feeling LOL. the shower is oddly placed without a divider which i think will make the toilet quickly deteriorate over time. they have no kitchen which means no breakfast also, but you don't need it because again, a few steps outside is a huge concentration of food stalls - and i went to eat at almost all of them. it is a reasonably priced hotel in muar. the staff izan was really helpful as well. for an inn, i can say it has surpassed my expectations. i would have given a perfect score if they had placed me in the room with a river view.

• Travel group: 4 adults and 2 children.
• The front desk service is ok. Although is a holiday the day we check-in (Hari Raya), the receptions (muslims) are wonderful servers you with a smile.
 • The rooms are comfortable. Clean and quiet. Not much of a view from rooms.
• The toilet is clean, and the house keeping provide basic toiletries. The bed are comfortable.
• No breakfast provided which i think is not a big deal. The moment you step out of the hotel lobby food is a walking distance.
• Parking was convenient but the parking area is not a hygiene place (smelly and dirty).
• Location is good although in the morning you can see a lot of foreign workers loitering in that area. But the security was doing a good job keeping the hotel a safe place.

We booked this hotel through an online booking platform and was supposed to stay for a night. Checked in at 3pm and, after dropping off our bags, decided to head out to town for a walkabout. When we came back at around 6pm, we noticed a couple of small roaches crawling about the floor! Was disgusted but since the roaches were rather small, we just stomped on it and started unpacking some of our stuff before going off for dinner at about 7pm.
By the time we came back at 10pm, we noticed another 3-4 roaches, which were slightly bigger this time. One was even crawling around our bags! Called reception and after some initial hesitation, the hotel staff switched us to another room on the same floor. We went in, dropped of the bags and immediately my wife spotted another 2 roaches in the new room! So we took our bags and went down to reception again to let them know. This time round, one of the staff came with us with a masterkey and gave us another room on the 4th floor (we were previously on the 5th floor). The moment we stepped in, we saw multiple roaches behind the door and toilet. The staff brought us from room to room and every single room had roaches crawling around!!!! After looking at another 4-5 rooms on the 4th floor, we finally decided to cancel our room booking and this involved a rather long and heated negotiation with the staff as the manager was not keen to refund us our money. To cut a long story short, by midnight, the manager and online platform agreed to a refund and we had to drive around in the middle of the night to find another hotel.

Stayed for two nights. The room was big and clean. Receptionist was very polite and friendly. She showed us the different type of rooms before we made our decision. However, there are some negatives about this hotel. We were only given one room card. It was inconvenience if you and your partner have different plan. TV had only a few local channels. There was no fridge in the room. And, the worst was that sound proofing of the room was very bad. We could hear people walking outside, the sound of TV and all kinds of strange noise from next door. Overall, Inn Hotel was not a bad hotel but we thought it was a bit overpriced.

Had the family room(2 queen size beds)- Very clean, comfortable beds and clean toilet(no toilet stains). Internet- wifi signal was good, adequate speed. View of the old town shops from the 5th floor. Early check in allowed, with good parking & security guard directly at its entrance to control who goes in/out of hotel and parking lot. No breakfast provided but there are ample street food-very tasty. In short- good location to all the good street food, local shops, banks and bus stop. The only downside was no astro channels provided.
