The hotel sold us a sleeping bus ticket ( assuring us it was a sleeping bus) and overcharged us 60000 kip for the sleeping. We just got a crowded minivan. I tried to contact them explaining I would forget that if i was able to get that overchaged money back before the border. Phone unreachable and cell phone not better....

The rooms are motel style. Very basic , old, and dark. That is what you get for $ 15 in Pakse. (it will blow your mind the amazing boutique hotel we are now in Siem Reap/cambodia for 20 $) . The beds are terrible with crazy old springs that poke you in the most inconvenient spots. Pillows are big bricks....

We only paid 17 dollars and at that price we don't expect top quality. But uncomfortable beds and very big cockroaches is what we got. On the positive it is well positioned and the staff are friendly .

Overpriced food in comparison to other places we are in Pakse and it wasn't very nice. There were hairs in our curry and the chicken we ordered was just bones with no actual chicken on! We didn't eat it and left. I wouldn't recommend going here there are better options.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. It was a basic room, which was ok, but I expect better options to be around. What we did like: - In the lobby there's a computer with Internet that can be used free of charge. - There's a nice (shared) terrace where you can get cold drinks. - The location is...

We stayed here two nights. The hotel was centrally located, however the rooms are desperately in need of refurbishing. Beds are very uncomfortable, pillows rock hard and the bathroom had a continually wet floor. It is in a reasonably quiet area. Restaurant next door serves good food...no breakfast, but that is readily available elsewhere. Unfortunately Reception staff while we were...

The hotel is not the cheapest, and rooms are o.k., although bathroom had lots of small flying insects in it, and therefore had use my insect repellent in there. When at one time struggling to unlock hotel room door to my room, asked for help, they unlocked and left without saying anything or really acknowledging me, which I thought was...

The room was ok with a clean and comfortable bed, wooden floors, TV and a/c. The bathroom was adequate and for the price it was all pretty good. There is a bar in the garden area. My room was one of the courtyard bungalows close to the entrance and therefore close to the road so was a bit noisy. Best...

Frankly speaking, this guesthouse is quite old and maintenance is not good but the building is a French colonial type and large enough. We spent 3 nights over there because we feel the room much comfortable and it seems spending time at home in Pakse. Nothing should not be expected, but we enjoyed a lot of good feeling just like...
