We had paid for our first night, but after a couple of hours we saw bed bugs crawling over the mattress and pilow (double room in the new building) so we wanted to leave as soon as possible. The staff was not surprised and did not care at all. Avoid this place!

Bed Bugs. Old blood stains on the sheets. Guy at the reception just ignored us. But you could feel that he knew that there is/or at least was a big problem because of bed bugs. He Went then to bed again. We didn't want to stay there so we decided to move out in that night. The guy wasn't listening...

The location of the guesthouse is perfect, you can even go there from the bus station by walk. Bed sheets were clean and bed was comfortable enough. Price is OK, market only at 5 minutes walking, service was perfect.

Took a single room with shared bathroom. Had a double bed with fan and plug point. The room had a window so there was some natural light and air. The walls don't go all the way to the roof so if you have noisy neighbors you'll hear them. I didnt so it was fine. Bed sheets were clean and bed...

Breakfast is not included but you have a large choice and they have Nutella ! Moreover, Wifi code is based on donation but it goes to a school and it's the same if you wanna book a...

Arrived at 6am it was a proper shower outside and the guy at the front desk didn't let me bring my backpack inside?! I asked what time was the check in and he said that it depends at what time the guest were checking out? Had to wait outside until 12.

The hotel is one of the cheapest, especially for lonely travelers. It is clean, have reaponsible polite employers, beautiful green garden with the shadow and fans, excellent showers and toilets with hot water. Domitories have only 3 bed and this is advantage. BUT! I ve never meet before in south-eastern Asia such aggressive massive painful attacks on my body during...

We went to Sabaidy 2 promoted by the Lonely Planey description and got a double room. We noticed there were small ants on the bed but were not fazed by it. Still, we slept with clothes on, which is lucky as we were ASSAULTED by bed bugs. My hands and ankles were the only part that was uncovered and I...

The description of this guesthouse in the 'lonely planet' sounded really nice so we decided to give it a try, wrong decision. The staff didn't really care About guests. The lonely Planet mentions that they organize tours to the bolaven plateau but need minimum four people to take place. We Asked Several Times if they knew About Other people Interested...
