Good basic hotel, we enjoyed our time here. A little bit pricey especially without breakfast included. The bed sheets were stained with a tint of yellow, need replacing. But no other issues. Good location.

Good clean spacious room with a tv, air cond and a fridge. Room has a balcony too. They can lock your bike up at night for safety too. Only draw back was the wifi wasn't great but its hit n miss all over laos anyway. Central location with lots of shops/restaurants.

The location is key, close to many travel agencies, eating places. Room size is good, no elevator so if you have heavy luggage --- u have to do it hard way! The staff does not speak much english so best have your travel plans fixed before u ask for recommendations -- no map provided

We only stayed for one night but it was a great stay. The room was so clean, spotless even, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They looked after all of our stuff for free when we visited the bolaven plateau. Highly recommended.

I arrived at Phi Dao Hotel at 7am, was told by guy at the front desk that a room would be available for me at 9am, double bed for 130,000K. I waited in the lobby until 9:30am. I asked the front desk (lady names Gena) if the room was ready, only to be told one more minute numerous times. Then...

We arrived by car from Thakhek / Savannakhet in Pakse at this Hotel.(very old colonial stone building) See google map, its 336 km on good road. Centrally located, good WiFi and Flat TV screen. Our room was very small but just good enough for a 1 nites stay. . . . . . . a room upgrade actually would be...

Clean Room and Hotel is central, comfortable to travel. We can park motorcycle in front of hotel and motorcycle rent agent near by hotel. They didn't provide breakfast but they have a lot of menu for you.

The Phi Dao is well located, comfortable and great value. Our room was spacious and although it was on the street side of the building it was not noisy. The air conditioning worked well (the weather was extremely hot and humid), the hotel had wifi access in the rooms, and there is an in house restaurant.

Location is central and the rooms are spacious and clean. There is no lift so make a note in case you have a big suitcase. The WiFi is pretty stable so no problems there either. What I don't get from this place is why they don't offer breakfast with the room rate. There are a hand full of breakfast options...

The rooms are basic, clean, have a fridge, a small desk and a chair. Rooms facing the street (currently almost a one way since the new bridge crossing the river is still under construction) have partly a joint balcony running around the building. This balcony has also access from the floor of that level. Bathroom with typical in-room shower where...
