Spent five nights here while in Pakse with a group for work. We found it comfortable and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the rooms had refrigerators. The beds were hard but comfortable and the bathroom was adequate. The service was fine, but we didn't test their English! Overall a good place to stay.

I stayed there for 10 nights. When in vientiane room rates for 1 night was 2,00,000 kip average in decent guesthouse and here 1,50,000 kip. Thought it was not a bad deal considering the room was clean and upto the mark. But the cons were more like not 1 staff spoke English. Wi- fi only in lobby. TV channels only...

The hotel is centrally located so close to all amenities. Reception is large and modern but the room was dated. It had a ‘communist’ feel with no special touches. However, it was clean, spacious and quiet considering the hotel is on a main road. I would not want to spend a significant period of time in the room. Staff in...

We stayed here for only one night to head to 4000 Islands the next day. The room was nice and clean. The receptionist couldn't really speak English and therefore he was not able to giving us advice on how to go to 4000 Islands. Furthermore all doors close before 12am. We just wanted to go out for a sigarette, but...

Fairly standard hotel that was reasonably priced. Wifi was only available at the reception though. Also there were some communication issues with the reception staff as they did not speak good English so you may have difficulties trying to get further travel arrangements booked.

After inspecting some of the other, rather basic guesthouses along the same (main) road, this hotel was better. Slightly more expensive, but still very affordable. bright, clean rooms, but the mattress was very hard (Vietnamese style, I was told). Wifi only downstairs.
