The Refugio's were great, better than I had expected, the accommodation and bathrooms were good and the meals and packed lunches fine. We had taken sleeping bags but never needed them as the 3 we stayed in all either supplied sheets or sleeping bags, I would suggest a sleeping bag liner. Even if you are not staying in the Refugio's...

Stayed two nights, food excellent, rooms nice & beds comfy. This is also a really warm comfortable lodge and a great base to explore the walks to the Torres. Only downside was male reception staff are insolent & seemed to resent serving guests.

The Refugio has a nice location with a great view of the Torres. The bunk beds we slept in were very comfortable and the showers were nice and hot and surprisingly clean. After reading a lot of negative reviews on here about the refugios being very dirty I was a bit anxious but the bathrooms were absolutely fine. The food...

I, like many, did the 5 days W trek of Torres del Paine. Most of my hike, I stayed with Fantastico sur and had no regrets! The accommodations are nice and very clean, I was pleasantly surprised. The location is very central, thats where the trek basically starts from and I could see the torres from my windows, which was...

Trained and informative staff, used to handling large numbers of non-Spanish speakers; efficient without being overly friendly. No connections available for wifi or even charging your electronics. Have fun!

We stayed one night here in one of the shared bedrooms. Overall a good experience! Friendly staff, good food, more space than other refugios (in the bedrooms and common areas), clean, comfortable, nice atmosphere.

We stayed here one night and were lucky to stay in the northern part of the refugio. There are less rooms and people in this separate part. Rooms were small andclean and had three bunk beds. There was a central room to relax. Showers were clean and had warm water. Place was calm and silent to sleep. Staff cleaned the...

First night before we started hiking the next day was spent at Refugio Torre Central. Nice afternoon enjoying a drink and the view in anticipation of our first day hiking tomorrow. Plenty of outside and inside places to relax with comfortable bunk beds and hot showers. Dinner was good as was the breakfast and the service was great. No where...

The facility is nice and relatively clean(you can only do so much with so many people coming and going). The food was just okay. Service was good. The scenery is unbeatable. There is wifi available for $6 per hour. It is a convenient spot from which to explore the park. The common area with bean bag chairs and a wood...

Friendly staff, comfortable common and private places, shared areas really clean and good food. We chose the full board formula and we've been happy with it. Friendly atmosphere. The prices are much too high but this is the way it is in this park, especially for foreigners...

Refugio Torre Central is located in "las Torres" sector, at the beginning of the W trek, you may access from Laguna Amarga (entrance to the park), taking the shuttles from this point to las torres. Next to Torre Central there is Torre Norte Refugio (for 60 people is the first FS refugio built in the 90´s), where guests must make their check in and have their meals at Refugio Torre Central.Torre Central is a very well equipped Refugio for 60 people, with Shop, Restaurant, Bar, shared rooms for 6, shared bathrooms and central heating. We are an eco friendly company so we do not have high demand devices; here we have a diesel engine to produce energy that we save in our batteries system, we invite you to help us to take care of it.
