Big refugio in Torres Del Paine. Unexpensive if compared with the luxury neighbor Hotel Las Torres. Very simple lodge with an appropriate structure to trekking base with 6 people bedrooms. Good breakfast.

This refugio was a nice introduction to trekking the W in comfort. I stayed two nights and had a great time. For the most part I found the people very helpful but did notice a few issue with other tourists. My spanish is poor but I travel to South America to practice and whenever possible butcher my way through communicating... More

This was our first and by far the nicest, newest looking and most modern refugio we stayed in.   Rooms were bright and airy and slept up to 6 people in bunks.   Showers were powerful and hot and the bathrooms were reasonably clean. The reception staff and kitchen staff especially were very friendly and happy.  Food was great and... More

Located at the eastern end of the 'W' walk, we found this hostel friendly and welcoming. All areas were warm (outside temperatures very cold!), duvets were lovely, rooms and bathrooms very clean at all times of day. Log stoves in the lounge areas are a nice touch. Food is simple but filling. Only suggestion would be for some more comfortable... More

We stayed at this refugio on our first night of the W circuit trek in Torres del Paine. The views of Las Torres from the refugio were pretty impressive. The bed sheets and comforter appeared new and clean and the showers worked well. However, don't expect much more. The bedrooms are tiny with 6 bunk beds in each and no... More

Being a lodging place in the middle of nowhere, it would be reasonable to assume that certain facilities and services are impossible to provide unless, there were some intervention. Nevertheless, the lodge had hot showers, bunk beds, heaters, lockers and a cook house and bar. While prices are fixed at quite a high rate, I'd say it's a small price... More

I checked in and asked to be moved from an upper bunk to a lower one, ...I got a snarl and sentenced to the WORST 6-person room in the place. It barely had enough room between beds to turn around, never mind, store your stuff. The room, had no light...etc etc etc. (Room #10, bed #59 more or less) I... More

You can really tell they have the monopoly. So many things went wrong...The people in the refuge was not informed by their colleagues in Puerto Natales, so they didn't prepare the lunch boxes at our arrival. We had to insist in having them done (luckly I insisted in having in written in the boucher in Puerto Natales). We had to... More

We stayed 2 nights at Torres Central; the first day we stayed in a shared dorm of 6 as it was raining, and didn't like the idea of pitching our tent in the heavy rain as we entered the park. The only nice thing was having a roof over our heads; the dorms with 3 bunk beds were small, and... More

Hi, Thank you for your comments, we are glad you have enjoyed your stay at our Campsite, actually we´ve had an unusual rainy spring and summer, so it a real challenge to maintain floors clean, but for sure we will check this as well as the meals at out restaurant. Your advice has been very useful for us to check... More

We camped at Torres Central- clean, pleasant, well-maintained campground with nice picnic tables and recycling bins readily available. Plus hot showers all day and night! Even though we were camping (two nights), we rented fluffy, white towels at the Refugio for 2000 Chilean pesos ($4 each). The dinner at the Refugio (soup, fried white fish, mashed potatoes, sopaipilla) was pleasant,... More
