Die Villa entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen. Die Villa ist gut gelegen, bis auf Split brauchten wir mit dem Auto ca. 20-30 min. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer nähe, dort gibt es reservierte Liegestühle. Podstrana ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, es gibt zwar genügend Restaurants, jedoch fanden wir ein Auto ein Muss. Neben der Villa gibt es einen Supermarkt. Die Preise in Podstrana sind jedoch im Supermarkt und in den Restaurant sehr stolz. Zur Villa gibt es keinerlei Makel, die Besitzer sind sehr nett und sind auf alle unsere Bedürfnisse eingegangen, wir würden die Villa sofort weiter empfehlen.

The white room is very modern and comfortable. The super king bed and quiet location made for restful night sleep. The pool, Bbq and loungers was so relaxing and got sun all day. Jelena was very helpful with everything, made us so welcome and helped my partner organise a suprise cake for my birthday. We had a pool house /kitchen and use of a bar room with fusball table. There is a ribola supermarket next door which made life easy. There is a private section of the beach across the road which was great, calm waters, recommend a sunset meal at marios. We will certainly stay here again.

Hyrde hela villa under en vecka i september. Mycket positivt överraskad av hela huset som håller en mycket hög standard. Huset ägare har även resturang Mario som ligger på andra sidan vägen, där har man tillgång till fin strand och solstolar. Trevlig värdinna som lätt oss stanna kvar i pool delen av huset då våra transfer inte kom för än sent på eftermiddagen. Kommer mycket gärna tillbaka till detta hus

Mi familia y yo hemos estado alojados en el apartamento Stella de Villa Lucas, durante una semana, en agosto y estamos encantados. El apartamento es precioso, muy nuevo y con acabados de primera calidad. El edificio dispone de piscina, lavandería, y bar cafetería de uso privado. La piscina era perfecta para los niños y la playa estaba al cruzar la calle. La propietaria es encantadora. Podstrana es ideal para familias con niños. Muy tranquilo. Villa Lucas, 100% recomendable.
