Great convenient location on a fabulous beach in a suburb of Heraklion this is a gem of a hotel. It is family run with Mr George being an outstanding caring and personal host. The staff and family really care for their guests and nothing is too much trouble for them. The hotel and rooms are simple but well laid out and are spotlessly clean. The food and drink are very good and served both in the hotel and onto the beach. Beach umbrellas, beds, and towels are free of charge and just a 50 metre walk from the hotel. The overall value is excellent.

The entire staff / owners were incredibly friendly. The location is fantastic - walk through the pool area and you are in the beach! The apartments own that part of the beach, so we always managed to get a sunbed. The staff will also bring you drinks and food (to the beach or your bed by the pool). We ate lunch here pretty much everyday for our 11 night stay. The food was lovely, and reasonably priced too. The drinks & cocktails are also very reasonable (and delicious!). The rooms are fairly basic, but there is a flatscreen TV, safety deposit box, kettle and fridge (& a small hob, but we didn't use it). The rooms are very clean. The bathroom is on the small side, but the shower was powerful enough for me to wash my hair! Location wise, there is a good selection of restaurants very local to the apartments. 5 -10 minutes walk. And a supermarket 1 minute away. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend …

Wonderful experience, better than expected. The rooms are basic, anticipated for a 3* Hotel, but very clean and comfortable; owner and staff pay great attention to detail when it comes to cleanness. Breakfast was authentic and of high-quality ingredients, happy for choosing and including it in my package. I also very much enjoyed their club sandwich and fresh local draft beer, while relaxing at the pool or beach under their own umbrellas and sunbeds at no additional cost. Location is perfect, in front of the beach, near shops, bars / other restaurants, and only under 10 minutes from Heraklion center and port; the airport was not far either. My family and I stayed in this hotel, and had nothing but wonderful things to say about it. The staff was extremely generous and welcomed us with open arms! The rooms were spotless, and we had a beautiful view of the beach from our balcony. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting and looking for a place to stay in Crete!

Nice bed and umbrelas on The beach located 1min from The hotel. Nice and clean rooms, lift. Good Communications skills, modern reservation system including online check-in. Nice restaurant with good food and snack. Suitable for business purposes also. Very good and quite location. Excellent owners.

Stayed for 4 nights and wish we could have stayed longer, the staff is amazing and provided everything we could have needed and more. Whether it be food on the beach, by the pool, or in the dining/bar area, we had a phenomenal experience and would recommend Emi Seaside to all of our family and friends. The food was prepared and presented wonderfully and we always left the table happy and full! If I could give 6 stars I would!! Emi Seaside highly recommended from Canada 🇨🇦

We stayed at 2 other places in Crete prior to Emi Seaside and they were wonderful. But Emi Seaside was the perfect end because of the people. The room was amazing, the food was amazing, the beach was amazing. The servers and owner were such a pleasure to interact with, these are people that make your trip worth it. If you need to stay near Heraklion please consider this, you will not regret it.

I totally recommend it as the best option for your holidays in Heraklion. You ll have the pleasure to go to the beach in 3 seconds, be close to many beach clubs, and still be just 15 minutes away from the center (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel). The staff was the best, super helpful and sympathetic, they truly contributed to make our stay unforgettable. The rooms are true to description with good air conditioning. I personally don’t recommend to go live in the center of heraklion, come to emi seaside and there is no way to regret it.
