Nous sommes restés 7 jours.Le troisième soir en rentrant à 22h 30 ,nous n avions plus d électricité or il n y’a personne à la réception après 21 h. Heureusement un client avait le téléphone du manager et 1/heure après nous avons été relogés. Le lendemain matin à 9 h nous avons réintégré notre chambre et on nous promettait une réparation dans la matinée. Malheureusement nous avons récupéré l électricité le soir à 20 h…….et l air conditionné le surlendemain a 9 h . Nous aurons aimé des excuses ……. Rien .

Dear Arnaud, Thank you for your review. The working hour of reception is clearly written that is 09:00-21:00 as we we are complex of apartments not rooms. My phone is written also at the folder of the card for your room, so maybe you forgot that. The first night when you called me I was at hotel as soon as possible and I decided to change your room for that night for your convenience. As I remember you have rented 2 apartments(both of them studio) and your friend at the second apartment, she had a great stay. No problems at all. Nous avions une chambre au rez-de-chaussée de chaussée.un soir en rentrant à 22h30, nous n avions plus d électricité.il n y a personne sur place ,heureusement un voisin avait le téléphone du manager. A minuit nous avons été relogés dans une autre chambre. Le matin nous avons réintégré notre chambre et on nous a promis que le problème serait résolu dans la matinée. Le problème a été résolu à 20h mais sans l air conditionné qui est revenu le lendemain matin…..pas d excuses !

Η τοποθεσία ήταν καταπληκτική, κοντά στην θάλασσα!! Το δωμάτιο, άνετο, ευρύχωρο και πεντακάθαρο με μοντέρνα και προσεγμένη διακόσμηση! Καταπληκτικό πρωινό με πλούσια παραδοσιακά εδέσματα σε ένα υπέροχο καταπράσινο τροπικό περιβάλλον!! Ο διευθυντής ήταν ευγενικός, φιλικός και χαμογελαστός και το προσωπικό εξυπηρετικό και καλοσυνάτο!!! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα... Ευχαριστούμε πολύ που κάνατε τις διακοπές μας ιδιαίτερες...θα ξανάρθουμε σίγουρα!!!

We stayed in room 10 with my husband and two children. The staff was very nice and very friendly and helpful! With their smile on their faces we felt very lucky and welcomed to be there! Made are vacations so well and relaxing! With a fantastic view from balcony we could see the beautiful beach ammoudara, The kids where all day at the pool, they spent all their energy and sleep like a baby! The room was extremely clean, the housekeeping do very good job change bed and towels recently, by Eva and niki they always with a smile made my day!! The restaurant was awesome everyone was awesome xronis made us some cocktail and we enjoyed by the pool. iota was so nice and friendly she served delicious food and breakfast from Katerina which cooked like mama at home.! And Manos the manager of the Lazarlux was everyday there and make us feel very important people and lucky to be there! We are in love with this place and people here so we definitely will be back soon! See you soon and giamas cheers 😘…

I stayed in the garden view studio apartment. What a gorgeous place! Beautiful decor, spotlessly clean, cool and comfortable. Well stocked mini bar fridge and kitchen with wine and fruit on arrival. Amazing shower! Luxurious surroundings, gardens and the pool are so beautiful. It would be ideal for families, couples and solo travellers. I felt so lucky to stay in such luxury. The staff are just the friendliest, loveliest people! Manos the manager really cares that his guests have a relaxed holiday. They were very welcoming and nothing is a problem. The room was spotless every day I returned. And the food.... I have never ever had such amazing breakfasts! Katerina makes cretan food like mama used to make! Something different each day. Pies, cakes, omelette, salads, fruit ....all home made and presented with such attention to detail. Be prepared to be blown away by this food! The location is 1 minute from the most beautiful, sandy beach. I went in the clear turquoise sea each morning and there is a gorgeous open air taverna selling great food on the shore. The views of the mountains around the sea are quite breathtaking. It is about 5 mins drive or bus from the busy town of Agios where I have stayed before. I will always come back to Ammoudara now as I fell in love with the peace and quiet, the convenience, and I can't wait to go back to Lazar Lux with family and friends. Φανταστικό νέο ξενοδοχείο παροχές άριστες!!!! εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό στο σέρβις με χαμόγελο κ Ευγενια .. καθαριότητα στους χώρους.... Τέλεια διακόσμηση... Κοντά στην πολη.. Προσφέρει ηρεμία χαλάρωση ιδανικό για οικογένειες κ ζευγάρια... Πρωινό με διαφορετικές γεύσεις με χειροποίητες πινελιές της Κ. Κατερίνας γεύσεις που σου μένουν στο ουρανίσκο...θα ξανά έρθουμε στο γαμήλιο ταξίδι μας... Ο διευθυντής άριστος εξυπηρετικός φιλικός .. θα το συστήσουμε και στους φίλους μας ... It was a perfect seven days trip and refreshing experience. Brand new hotel, located close to Agios Nikolaos, beautifil small town, on a north-east side of Crete island. Two perfect local restaurants at nearby Ammoudara beach gave us also enjoyable moments during our time there.

Excellent location. I was here with friends. Location is fantastic with many palms, it’s like you have visited one tropical island. The staff is friendly and always helpful. Reasonable prices. Many choices for drinks, cocktails, snacks. They accept also outside guests.

I was here with family. Location is great, many flowers, friendly staff, pool is fantastic. Resonable prices. Nice cocktails which can drink by the pool. The hotel is about 3 km from Agios Nikolaos on the way to Ierapetra through old road.
