As part of our tour of Croatia we stayed here after visiting Pliticj lakes. The wonderful service started when we were and continued for our stay. The food, facilities and general atmosphere was just great. A lovely place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

I think 2-3 hours at the lakes is enough time to see them. You could probably spend the whole day there exploring as there are a lot of trails, but we spent about 2.5 hours there and felt it was plenty to get the experience.
