Stayed in the dorm which never felt too cold. They provide electric blankets, but me and my friends never needed it. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We received lots of tips on where to go and what to do which was much appreciated. The decor of the house is great, cosy with character. There is nice stove to...

We stayed in a private double room with ensuite (¥150 per night) in October 2015. We initially had some trouble booking a room as there were no rooms available online but when we called they had lots of rooms available. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and shown to our lovely, Tibetan style room. The room was not heated...

Stay there in a 5 bed dorm with 3 of my frens. Nice room with electric blanket but could be better with some hanger to hang our clothes though. Its location quite ok although there r some rebuilding nearby from last year fire. Jung is a friendly owner and have some time chatting with us at nite. Staffs were also...

Jun & Co are the folks you want to feel good in Shangri-La. Expect to meet more Korean folks than Han or Tibetan even. Good habitation, food, suggestion for onward connection. Very relaxed - especially having come from the hick-hick backroads of Western Sichuan. You are in good hands here. Food good too. I reckon that Koreans & Tibetans get...

The place is decent. The rooms are ok and rather clean, which, however, cannot be said about the public toilets and sinks. The staff is nice on a personal level but only medium helpful. In my opinion the place has seen better days. I wouldnt really choose it again.

Really like this quaint little tavern- you get a cozy, traditional, safe, homely feeling here. Stayed here for 1 night in a twin room on level 1. It was a cool Tibetan-style room with hot showers and free wifi, and even a hair dryer on request. Yummy home-cooked food available in the guesthouse and the hosts are very nice friendly...

Arrived in this hostel on a cold rainy night in Shangri-La, we did not reserve a room but thankfully there was an available double room in the hostel. The sight of their homey, colorful décor made me feel at home instantly. Their oven in the common area provided welcome warmth in cold nights. The staff were friendly and the owners...

One of my best stays in China! Nice room, nice restaurant(delicious yak burger & yak butter tea), nice wood stove in the middle of entry room and mostly the owner, was welcoming and very helpful when we were embarrassed by the closure of bus route to DaoCheng. I would definitely stay here again!! Thanks for all the good memories!!!
