The hotel and rooms were soooo HOT! We arrived 16th October to be told that the advertised air con and climate control was turned off on 1st October - and couldn't be turned back on despite the warm weather and baking rooms! The officious receptionist assured me and fellow guests ( and our tour manager ) that it would cool...

A lovely hotel with many a place to sit in comfort and relax. The room we had was well appointed and very clean and spacious. The continental style self service buffet breakfast had a wide selection of food. Close to the hotel is an excellent supermarket where we would buy fresh fruit every day and the operative word was fresh....

We had a room at the 4th floor at the back (facing church). The rooms at the from have a much nicer balcony and pool view. Also these are much bigger. Bicycle parking is just a tent, so not much help when it is raining. Food was fine, staff very friendly, WiFi OK. just few minutes walk to city, but...

When we arrived we were greeted like a friends and not like a customer. Some hotels are more fancier but from first step you feel like you are alien and not a friendly customer. The check in process was so quick and easy. Immediately after our entrance to room in 5 minutes a bottle of champagne and a fruit basket...

This was a two night stay, during a motorcycle trip. The weather was very warm but the air con in our room was really rubbish (not being dramatic - just honest). Couldn't sleep at all. A man came to room and said it was fine. Our companions were in the room next door which had fantastic air con, so obviously...

Centrally located, easy walk to the Arco town center (shops, restaurants) and climbing venue. Hotel has a very nice courtyard and outdoor pool, although we didn't get a chance to use it. The breakfast buffet was included in our room price and was excellent. Best scrambled eggs in a hotel breakfast buffet, lots of pastry choices. The room we had...

What a charming find. I stayed here on recommendation of family, and wasn't disappointed. Surely one of the best properties in Arco, offering stunning views from the balconies. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and had all you would expect from a European hotel. The rooms were actually quite large for what I am used to...

I seldom complain aware that there are always two sides to any complaint. However, the service our table of eight received during our three night stay,(second week of October) was appalling. Our coach party all receiving the same treatment. Grumpy waiters. Food served...correction; dumped at place settings. The head waiter was abrupt and curt. His team found no difficulty in...

Lovely hotel in a central location in Arco, which is a truly lovely town, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and a lot of gelato shops. Arco is home to a number of rock climbing competitions. This hotel is within walking distance of the climbing venue. The hotel is reasonably large and has a pool. Our original room faced the...
