Went with a friend on an Alpha Turkey & Tinsel before getting stuck into the Christmas scrum, and it worked. Coach journey there and back good, entertaining driver. Hotel clean and comfortable. Duvets on the very clean beds, bliss, lovely big shower rooms. Food plentiful and a wide choice, all served by the most delightful waitress. Couple of enjoyable outings...

Room with a view was lovely,went down to restaurant to order food,only Xmas dinner on menu,bar closed at 830pm ,had a smaller unstocked bar at other end of building,no draught beer and Warm bottles,tried to order some drinks and crisps from reception ,only to be told,nothing available and town is closed,the receptionist just couldn't be bothered,breakfast all precooked, half way...

We travelled from Brighton to Porthcawl with a direct coach from Alfa as there were 40 of us. The journey was good both ways as was our driver Geoff. We had two trips out and one optional included in the price . All excellent. The hotel was clean friendly and the food was very good. .The entertainment was also good....

Great Hotel friendly staff clean rooms and very good food. Located in a very nice position on the seafront shops are not very far away. Very nice lounges to relax in also the Entertainment in the evening is very good.
