2 night stay in this hotel. Service was excellent - staff very attentive and friendly. The room had a great view: it was very spacious and generally well furnished. We would stay there again as the location was convenient - right on the sea front. Parking excellent for families - register at reception.

Lovely room with excellent sea views Newly refurbished but unpleasant smell from en-suite. This spoilt the general enjoyment .Very convenient for Grand Pavilion and good car parking facilities.Breakfast was average.

We stayed here as part of a coach party (as did most of the guests) Check in was good and reception staff were polite and helpful. Our room was on the first floor. Having not paid extra for a Seaview it came as no surprise that we would be overlooking the carpark and bins and the kitchen roof and above...

It is not always viable to have both bars open and during your stay the Smugglers bar was closed during the entertainment. The bar in the Ogmore...
