We were two couples and we rented for two nights a two-bedroom apartment. The experience was awful!!! First, it took us more than one hour to find the place, and were practically in front of it!! The place lacks any kind of signage and when we finally found it, it turned out to be a very spooky place!! The ONLY favorable thing about the place was that the apartment was clean and neat However, you are charged extra for everything you use in the apartment. For example, if you leave the towels dirty you will be charged extra, you have to take the garbage out or you will be charged extra, etc.... Regarding the A/C, forget it!! The A/C is set at 25 degrees centigrade and you can change it!!! We could not sleep because it was too hot!!! The apartment doesn't has a dinner table, only a two-stools table!! We were four adults so we have to take turns in order to have dinner!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Would not be my first choice if I had to return. Too many rules and regulations attached to additional (50-100.00 dollar) fees. The premises was mostly clean, the rooms had poor lighting and there was limited towels and bedding, included. Not enough clean pillows and blankets. Person in charge was not available on the premises, most of the communications was done through the cellphone. Bathrooms could not be flushed with paper and towels could not be dirtied or you would get an addition charge of 100.00. They advertise washer and dryer in the apartment, but if it was used there was a charge of 35.00. Upon check out, apartment had to be cleaned, trash thrown away (which by the way, the trash in the master bathroom was not taken care of before we got there) and beds had to be made. Air conditioners could not be used unless we were in the apartment at night otherwise the electricity would be interrupted and a fee would have to be paid to get the electricity back. It was a bit uncomfortable and the price was definitely too high considering that we could not use the premises as you would use a normal hotel room or villa. I spent all my time outside of the room with friends fearing that I would break a rule and would be charged. Went back at night just to sleep. Also, was not handicap accessible and probably hard for older people to visit since the parking lot was all stones and no sidewalks or places to roll your suitcases. Person in charge was courteous and respectful. The hotel needs some work to become at least a 3 star. It does have potential if and when all the above is addressed and corrected.

Un servicio horrible por el precio que cobran te piden que saques la basura, y hagas la cama... De que estamos hablando? Es mejor salir de la isla y pagar afuera y no auspiciar estos lugares... No lo se lo recomiendo a NADIE!

On a recent visit to San Juan, Puerto Rico, my group of 4 decided to spend a night in La Paguera as we toured the southern shore. It was a last minute decision that didn't leave us with a lot of choices in our online search, so we were elated to find a vacancy at Land Sea Air Suites which was advertised as 2-bedroom suites, air-conditioned, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and described as beachfront. The room rate was $215. Our first inkling that there was something fishy about this place was the lack of signage saying we had arrived. As we entered the yard through the barb-wire-topped gate, the only sign said Heliport. A little strange. Upon registering, we were required to fill out and sign a 5 page "lease"-type agreement and initial our agreement to specifics in 7 different spots. Heck! all this for an overnight stay? We conducted this business through a 2x3' plexi-glassed slit in the wall where papers and credit cards were slid under the window similar to gas stations in very dangerous neighborhoods. Overhead, several video cameras recorded our every move and word. On first inspection of our suite, it appeared clean and neat, but it wasn't long before the deficiencies appeared. A sign posted in the room advised that "these premises are under video surveillance." We hoped that didn't include the bedrooms and baths. When we went to fix a light dinner with food we had brought in, the cupboards were bare. Not a plate, cup, dish, or bowl to be found. Truth in advertising? Indeed there was a kitchen, but it wasn't useable for cooking in. As for the beachfront location, since when is a property considered beachfront when you have to cross two roads and cut through a neighbor's yard just to get a glimpse of mangroves. No useable beach here. We were delighted to see the dryer having just come from a beach up the road; however there was a padlock on the plug. When we asked, we were told use of the washer and dryer was $25 extra per day. So no useable washer and dryer. The room was getting hot, so we turned on the air conditioner. It too was locked in position at 25 degrees Centigrade. No way to turn it up or down. The choice was sweat or freeze, which we alternately did all night long. Signs in the bathroom advised there was a $20 charge per towel if any makeup was found on it, and a $100 charge if the toilet should plug up. (I didn't have to worry about the makeup ... the 15 watt bulb (the only light) in the bathroom prevented me from even being able to see to put makeup on). Having hot water for the shower was just wishful thinking and when I crawled into bed, I had a bottom sheet but no top one. Why pay for a suite when the sweet things are either missing or inoperable? This place is clean, but creepy. The feeling of being spied upon, especially in our room, was offensive. My advice? Move on down the highway.
