19 of us were looking for a place to stay for Christmas and Newton Grange ticked all our boxes. Situated in a bend of the Leeds- Liverpool canal it has everything from amazing views (you can see Malham Tarn from the front field, cosy local pubs and restaurants and ever so handy for the country town of Skipton and the...

We really enjoyed our stay at this quite and lovely spot. The rooms are spacious, clean and very nicely decorated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would come again and recommend it. We originally booked the beamed room and got the offer to move into another room after asking for a shower. The WiFi was not switched off in...

I can't fault our stay and it's perfect for those who like to get away from the rat race without being too far off the beaten track. The proprietors assisted us in finding suitable transport to move us and our in laws (4 in total) around when we were in the area to attend a wedding that was in part...

Just contacted this venue to discuss the possibility of viewing the wedding venue - I say discuss - I didn't even get to this stage with a very rude member of staff saying 'we don't do viewing without a full discussion' before telling me that my enquiry was too far in advance (spring 2016) and to call back later!! This...

A lovely welcome by the hosts- arriving later than expected, we were greeted with a cup of tea which was wonderful after a long journey from the South of England. Rooms are very comfortable and the freshly cooked breakfast is excellent. Well worth staying

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding. House was lovely, warm & cosy. It felt like a home from home. Rooms were nice and clean but felt a little dated. We had friends staying in the cottages and they were also lovely and would recommend them. Breakfast was delicious & had a good choice. Definitely recommended if you...

I stayed at Newton Grange in June and it was a real treat. The situation was rural, surrounded by sheep and pastoral scenes. The Hotel was beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. I would also like to comment on how welcome we were made to feel with homemade flapjacks and nothing seemed to much trouble. I cannot recommend Newton Grange enough.
