I booked this with Booking.com and recieved my confirmation of booking. The next day I recieved an Email telling me I had to supply my Passport and driving licence or my booking is not Valid and will class as a cancellation with no refund. This is not mentioned when booking this Exscuse of a Hotel in the first instance on Booking.com Even though I messaged and said I would happily provide proof on arrival they have still refused to respond to my Questions AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Do NOT book this place. I booked for my son and they cancelled the same day & refused to refund me. I tried to speak to them but they would not cooperate, zero customer service. They claim they said on the site that they do not take under 25s but only tell you once you have paid.
I booked a few hours ago, for my son to stay tonight, as he has early work tomorrow nearby. I have just had the booking cancelled, with NO refund offered as apparently you have to be over 25 to stay there. Shocking lack of customer service, no phone number, no attempt to placate the consumer.
I paid for 2 nights as I had to pick up my pets in London, their flight was canceled and I still had no new date. I called the guest house to which I had paid through Arbnb and asked him what I could do, he told me to cancel it and that I could relocate it, once I did that and when Lufthansa informed me of the new flight I called him again and he said NO, he would not give me the room on a new date, so they kept my £ 108 and they didn't sorted it out. I contacted Airbnb to see if the person could help and the woman replied that she spoke to them and that they refused to give me the new day, because was my pets flight that was cancelled, not my, that doesn't matter they were the cause why I booked the room. We are not in August on a normal summer season nor is the guest house in Central London, it is near the airport and, they could have done it, but they did not want to. Why do they work in the hospitality field if they don't know how to deal with people and the issues that can arise? I'm have been working in hospitality field since 1996 and the costumer always have to come first. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.…
My score is based entirely on the room not having a tv so if this isn't important, then stay here. It's small but clean. There's plentiful off street parking. We paid 5 extra for an ensuite but well worth it. There is airport noise but it didn't make you think they were going to land on top of you. There was also a very weird pre-booking email. We had to sign a contract saying we'd follow all the rules (no pets/smoking/excess noise, etc).
