It was Our first time staying at this hotel and we can honestly say we could not fault the place. The food was amazing so much variety and cleanliness was to a high standard and we felt the staff was very friendly and could not do enough for you. Also they was so much to do for kids there, we would definitely recommend to family and friends and go back in peak season.

booked this resort as a very last minute holiday (booked Sunday left on the Monday). We read the reviews and thought this hotel looked the best within our budget and it didn't disappoint. The room was nice and spacious, the shower was powerful and a nice sitting area out the front. Ive done all inexclusive before and normally end up disappointed at the quality of the food. This wasn't the case. The buffet was one of the highlights. Lovely, fresh food that in the main changed daily. The snack shack was a handy goto during the day for chicken kebabs, burgers, pizza, hot dogs and lovely paella. My only criticism would be for the booked restaurants - the portion sizes for kids was too much and in the grill the portion size for two adults could probably be reduced also. The pools were as expected with different vibes at each one. The kids club was fantastic (the Italian working there is very passionate and great with the kids) as was the kids disco and entertainment in the evening. The kids waterpark, soft play, crazy golf, zip line and well everything really kept us entertained so much so we only left the complex on 3 occasions. Already planning on going back next year :)

My son and daughter and myself have just returned from a fabulous 20 day holiday at this hotel over the Christmas and New Year period. We were amazed that for so large a hotel the attention to detail was incredible. It is run like a well-oiled machine with everyone in every area of the hotel working hard as a team and knowing what needs to be done and carried out with a smile. The pools were warm, my massage at the spa, a Christmas gift from my daughter, was fantastic, our family room was always spotless and everything replenished daily. I became addicted to the local coffee liqueur, Barraquito served in the cocktail bar. The Christmas gala night was a gorgeous spread of food and wine and they made New Year’s Eve very special with an acrobatic show and music outside with fantastic fireworks. Believe me we did not want to come home and will certainly be returning . Altogether a wonderful hotel and an amazing experience!

We travelled here for the last week of December and over New Year’s Eve. Cannot fault this hotel. Staff were all friendly and helpful, reception staff went above and beyond to help us upgrade and find the right room for us, special mention to Barbara. Food in all restaurants was great, hot and fresh, amazing food for New Years gala. Snack bar has: chicken kebab, pizza, burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, chips, salad & ice creams. Al a cart restaurants definitely worth a visit, all in all really impressed with the food. Our son has a severe life threatening milk allergy and the staff were really good assisting us with this. We let them know in advance but also every time we ate there, they asked him what he liked and made him fresh meals tailored especially for him, we had a letter with a translation explaining how severe it is and saying he needs fresh food so it’s not contaminated. (A lot of hotels do not do this, he once ended up in A&E and we nearly lost him on a holiday to Zante!) Rooms were clean, spacious and modern, cleaners went in every day. Some rooms have better views than others, we especially like a good view so had to go and have a look at the best blocks, luckily they were able to accommodate this as the hotel wasn’t full. Sunsets were amazing. Didn’t really go to the kids entertainment/show but the room was always full so must have been good. We preferred to go to the central bar where they had live music most nights. Drinks were all nice-large measures! Between the two bars was an arcade with plenty to keep the kids entertained. Didn’t use the kids club so can’t comment on that. Location is good but is hilly, lots of steps and hill walks but this didn’t bother us as helped work off all the excessive calories. There is a beach if you exit the bottom of the hotel and walk down the hill, 5-10 min walk. The sea was warm but big waves, could only paddle but it was great fun jumping the waves, lifeguards were really good at keeping everyone safe. The is another beach/marina if you go left out of the main entrance and follow the road to Los Gigantes, probably 20/30 min walk. Plenty of bars/restaurants at both beaches. You can hire towels for 10€ deposit each and change throughout the week. You can hire a day bed for the day for 30€, we done this on New Year’s Day and just chilled watching the sunset. It includes a bottle of fizz and fruit platter. Plenty of sunbeds, no need to get up early, you could get beds at any time throughout the day. Pools are all heated and clean. One end is the quiet end (snack bar/day beds), middle is the livelier pools (music/bar/activities) and at the end is the toddler pool and water slide pool. Next level down from the pools have the sports complex that has so much going on. Crazy golf, soft play, splash park, football pitch, volleyball pitch, basketball court, tennis court, archery, drinks station and high ropes course. (although this wasn’t open). New Year’s Eve was amazing, live acts, singers, gift bags, fireworks! Will definitely be rebooking for next year. This is definitely a four star hotel, if not more. Clean, friendly, modern, great views, tasty food and plenty to do, what more could you ask for.
