We have just returned home from a week at The Harbour Club. We decided on a week of winter sunshine so off to Los Gigantes and on arrival was delighted with our accommodation which although tired was very clean and well appointed , the outside area, the pool was very nice and indeed the drinks food and service good at...

Many thanks for your great review on the Harbour Club, however the negative side should have really gone on the Wine Bar review section, as the Wine bar is a seperate business to the Harbour Club. Seeing that you use Tripadvisor I would have thought that you would have noticed from other reviews that there is entertainment in the evenings,...

Overpriced cocktails which taste like non-alcoholic drinks. Service slow. Better places in the area to go. Give you free salty snacks to make you drnk overpriced cocktails. Go elsewhere and not next door xx

Firstly I would like to say that if you used the Pool Bar, at The Harbour Club then this review should have really been placed on the restaurant review section, however as for the "overpriced cocktails" the prices for the drinks are displayed on the tables, also many bars give peanuts and crackers as a Spanish custom but, it is...

Stayed in Harbour club II, The apartment was fine lovely balcony view across on clear day towards La Gomera, all your required in apartment if you wanted to self cater, but plenty of restaurants close by, with the Harbour club its self offering a good menu along with nightly entertainment You do need to be fit though as the apartment...

We have been going to the Harbour Club for 5 years now and still a great place to stay, rooms very spacious, all mod cons and more, easy to get to pool, and pool service to add. Poolside restaurant has good meals to suit everyone, from breakfast to dinner and snacks, reception staff and office staff so helpful, a thank...

Stayed here July 2016, the reception was warm and quick appreciated the call a few days prior to arrival too. The rooms are adequate, and spacious downstairs with a full kitchen. The decor is clean if dated. The bedrooms are a good size with good wardrobe space. The bathroom is small and could do with a shower screen not the...

Many thanks for your positive review of the Harbour Club, it is also good that you mention other places to visit in Los Gigantes, which I assume other people thinking of coming to the area would find helpful. Once again many thanks.

My wife and I were booked into another complex but were moved to the Harbour Club due to overbooking. What a lovely surprise. We were in a 1 bedroom apartment (#30) overlooking the ocean. A very quiet area of the complex. The staff were amazing. Helpful and very friendly. The food in the restaurant is very good too.

We at The Harbour Club would like to thank you for sharing your unexpected suprise, with other Tripadvisor users. Maybe the next time you decide to come to Tenerife you would consider contacting us, before booking elswhere. I have informed the staff of your comments.

Just on our final day at the time share we purchased last year. We have brought our friends for a treat they have throughly enjoyed it. Surprised how quiet it has been for this time year but apparently it's their quiet season. We love the complex and surrounding area well worth the purchase. The ladies that clean the apartments do...

Hello Tracey, Many thanks for your comments, I shall pass them onto the staff. At the time you were here it was our quiet period, this gives the staff time to take holidays and to do the bigger jobs around the resort. We look forward to seeing you again in September this year, when I believe you are out with...
