A friend and I stayed there for 4 nights and it was excellent. Isabel the owner is fantastic - very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is full of lovely artwork by a German artist. Beautifully renovated and great value for money at about £40 per night for a twin room.

We had a great time here! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was something we thoroughly enjoyed. Parking spaces are out on the road. The wifi in the common area is fast. Unfortunately there is no wifi in the rooms and there are no tvs in the rooms. The beds were twin beds joined together. Bathroom... More

We had the Aeonium room which had a great view over the Hermigua valley. The bed was very comfortable and the blinds really made the room dark, allowing for a good night sleep. There is a free access refrigerator where you can get cold drinks for a reasonable amount. The shower works fine and we did not experience any disturbing... More

Great hotel from which to walk La Gomera. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, authentic decor, helpful staff. Good communal spaces including terrace with spectacular views. Rural location but taxi services are good and there is on street parking. Nice touches include an honesty bar. Bit of a hike to and indeed around the hotel but most guests seem to be there for... This hotel was picturesque and quite comfortable, situated on a mountainside where driving at night proved quite challenging. Excellent breakfast spread but accommodation in March quite chilly and dark, in chalet style rooms up the hillside. Accommodation probably more suitable for young couples. No TV or creature comforts in the dark rooms. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. However,... More

Feel-like-home atmosphere, nice breakfast there can be eaten outside on the lovely terrace... Rooms are clean and comfortable - no WI-FI in the rooms. The staff friendly. Free coffee and tea around the clock in the reception -

Four of stayed for six nights in February 2016 on our first visit to La Gomera. The hotel is everything we wanted: clean, well-equipped with excellent breakfasts and free wi-fi in the public areas. We sat on the terrace with a view down the valley to the sea for our breakfasts and to use the wi-fi (which didn't reach to... More

The hotel has great views down to the sea and up to the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room I had, and the hotel generally, feels welcoming and traditional, with lots of original wood and stone featured.
