Stopped for dinner on the way to oban, we waited at front desk for 15 minutes and no one came, so went through to bar got ourself some menus, sat and waited for someone to take our order. The staff member walked passed us several times and never acknowledged us. The place only had two other tables in so were...

We stopped for dinner with friends on a beautiful sunny spring evening. Two of our party ordered fish & chips which were excellent- large portion, fresh and tasty. Another friend ordered the chicken and haggis dish which was cooked perfectly and served with fresh vegetable. Our only disappointment was my tempura chilli prawns which I ordered as a main. The...

My husband and I had to leave this hotel last night as there were bed bugs in the room! We didn't notice immediately however whilst I was lying in the bed having a nap I found something crawling on my leg, I got a bit freaked out so my husband decided to have a closer look! After looking at the...

Glue Pot food was excellent and room was clean and tidy. Team very attentive and an all round recommendation from me! Killer sunsets too. Easy to find and off street parking. Fresh fish a must and breakfast splendid.

Stayed on business. Rooms comfortable although not generously sized. Lunchtime smell of over used deep frying oil had disappeared by dinner time. Good mix of local seafood and staples on the dinner menu should please everyone.

My husband and I visited this hotel to use the bar and Resturant for dinner. We didn't stay at the hotel so can't comment. The menu was very extensive lots of good local fresh fish, which is typical of the area. Service was very friendly and welcoming. The bar had a very relaxed atmosphere with a real cross section of...

We stopped off at The Oyster Inn for a drink or two on our overnight stay to Connel Ferry and we're delighted with what we found. The bar is really warm and welcoming, very traditionally Scottish with its old stone walls, wooden booths and log fire. There's a great range of drinks on offer from the bar in particular their...

We stayed at the Oyster Inn 10-12th Feb after it was recommended to us by our parents who stayed over Hogmanay. What a fantastic place! Location is idyllic with gorgeous views out across the water, the Connel Bridge and the Falls of Lora. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and the food at the bar and breakfast was delicious!!...

My partner and I stayed for one night, just a little well deserved get away. I didn't fancy the formality of a hotel and having eaten at the Glue Pot a few years ago i remembered this little Inn and booked for a night. The Inn is cosy and informal, the staff were attentive and friendly. Roaring fire, cosy and...
