I thought it would be quieter to stay further away from the border so I opted for this Hotel. It is about 3km from the border. Very old fashined and in need of a good makeover. I needed a shower on arrival but there was no water it came later in the evening and in the morning there was no...

I'm a longtime visitor of Poipet. The hotel continues to decline. Mold, crappie box Springs but no mattress. When I had a group of ladies visiting not one staff helped with their bags even though they requested help many time. They just sat there (5 staff). Lazy staff. Better to go to a casino hotel of City Poipet Hotel.

Dirty, funky air conditioning, broken elevator, loud Chinese neighbours gambling in their room, bad WiFi. This wasn't a very good choice. There are 2 positive points about this hotel, upon arrival the staff made sure to chase away a guy following us an a motor scooter. He was a middleman that got us a tuktuk, and then kept following the...

We stayed one night in poipet after getting of the train from bangkok. We almost immediately regretted it. The whole bordercity is filled with people who want to scam you, rob you of your belongings and so in. It starts when you come out of the visa desk, you get immediately swarmed by drivers that quite aggressively want to get...

I stayed one night. Amenity was minimum. If I stay over 2 nights, I buy shampoo bottle and soap for relaxing in a room. I can also enjoy the fitness equips. Staffs were friendly. I may stay again when I go Poipet Again.

I use this place for some of my guests to town and I have never had anyone complain. The rooms are a good size and you can get a few people in for a meeting when you need to. One of the big pluses is that they have wifi on the room - nice.. There is also a cafe right...

Been there last week and I find the Hotel quiet OK for that price. The food at the restaurant was good and the staff helpful and fast. The room was big and clean with TV and fast wifi. I also took a massage and used the gym at their Spa. The massage was great and the Gym was OK. Most...

Having a business trip at Poipet. The hotel room is big and clean. They provide free wifi for the guest and the signal / speed also very good. One thing dislike is inside the room have a lot of mosquito. For those travel with children, better consider another hotel.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of weeks while we were volunteering in Poipet. It was quite good. The internet was patchy, beds and pillows very hard, staff friendly, generally it was clean, although old and the staff when they could understand us were accommodating. We were very disappointed however on the final day one of our team...

The room was dirty, the window was broken and there was parphernalia used for smoking MA in the bathroom but no toilet paper. As a woman travelling alone I felt unsafe and checked out three hours after I checked in despite having paid for two nights upfront.
