We spent three nights at Cabanas Punta Placer during a recent three week touring holiday in Mexico. We chose Punta Placer at San Agustinillo as a place to relax after the first week and stayed in a ground floor bungalow with a great view. Very friendly and helpful staff and a nice little resort to explore in the evening. Got...

We spent four nights at the Cabanas Punta Placer in San Agustinillo. an eight room complex right on the beach. We had an upstairs spacious room in a rounded duplex that suited us perfectly. The rom was spacious and it was steps from the beach. It’s a more lively scene than our previous two stops, right off the beachfront road...

Hotel Punta Placer is great for its location, it's right on the beach. The staff (Manon and Oscar) is very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are cozy and well-designed. However a few things worth noting: the sofa bed barely fits a child, there is a lot of noise due street traffic, and most concerning is the fact that right next...

We had the family room with 3 beds on two levels and kitchenette potential. Mattresses not great but clean and good mosquito nets. Claire very pleasant. Oscar was running the food and.bar and he was always helpful. Beach was beautiful, clean, quiet after the holiday weekend.

We were very happy with our bungalow with two beds and a ceiling fan, no a/c...the bathroom is spacious and the staff friendly. We would have had more privacy on the second level and would get that next time, however, it was private enough...just didn't leave the door open at times when we would have liked to be able to...my...

My mother taught me that "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." But, I can't help myself after our experiences at Punta Placer. I will praise the latte in a great big mug. Of course, on the beach with the amazing Pacific, its hard to really go wrong. But, for the price and comparing...

We loved this little place, right on the beach with some big pacific breakers to play in. My husband and i spent three nights here towards the end of our pacific road trip and loved this area, sleepy yet a bit boho and charming. We loved the spectacle of watching the local boats shoot right up the beach out of...

We took a break from our six week stay in Puerto Escondido and travelled to San Augustinillo for a two day visit. Using the booking.com website to review our rooming options we chose the Punta Placer Bungalows due to its location on the beach. The resort consists of four, round, two story buildings with an upper and lower suite in...

Punter Placer bungalows are as close to the beach as you can get! The wild surf of the Pacific Ocean is right outside your door and a beautiful stretch of the Mexico coast awaits you. Choose and upper level bungalow if you can. There's better privacy - if you wish for that - and a beautiful view of course! The...

Perfect location for a view but that is it. The rooms are open, not completely private. If you are outside of the room with a closed door and lights on inside you can see everything going on in the room. Can t close windows so is very noisy specially when other guests play music loud music past midnight. In the...
