I visit here when there is still snow in the mountain and no lavendar. But I liked here. It can be hard to reach when you don't have rental car(basically everywhere in furano..) My most satisfying part was Onsen. They even have small hot tub outside. I stayed in tatami room no bed but blanket.. condition of the room was... More

Pros - staffs are helfpul! - delicious foods - surrounded by forest Cons - A room had a bad smell - bed sheets had a blood stain - old facility - not really great for the price - far away from JR station We are a group of several people and stayed one night

Good point : Dinner course. Enjoyed a full lineup of fresh food special to Hokkaido(Wagyu roasted beef, Sashimi, boiled crab, fresh melon etc). Comparing with a dinner course made up by that lineup in Tokyo, Good cost performance. But nothing more, nothing less. Paysage with a lavender field from our room was beautiful. Bad points: Construction was... More

This hotel is 8 km from town. You need your own transport to get there . Mainly Japanese guests. Plenty of free parking. Huge lavender field in front of hotel with a small forest behind where short walks are done . Star gazing is also possible but while we were there , the sky was covered by clouds. The room... More

My family (4 of us) have had a wonderful 2 nights stay in this clean and comfortable hotel or pension. It is a smallish hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We stayed in a tatami room which only has a small toilet. To bathe, there is a fairly large onsen (indoor and outdoor pools) that we can use. This is... More

Stayed in a quad traditional room on the second floor. Room was facing the open fields and we could open the windows slightly to let the fresh breeze in. The was a small toilet in the room without bathing facilities. However there was a huge onsen for hotel guests to enjoy. To note that there is no lift to the... More

We happened to stay in this hotel, because we don't have any reservation yet for our last day in Furano, we stayed at Natulux hotel from day 1 to day 3 in Natulux, but we don't have any reservation for day 4 in Furano. Every hotel in Furano was fully booked because of the Lavender seasons. The Onsen is really... More

You need to read small print when booking here as many rooms do not have their own bathrooms, only a toilet. Those with baths or showers cost more. The common baths are good but dated. Food quality is not bad. And if you drive there's plenty of parking space.

This hotel/onsen was an excellent stay, one of the best places we stayed in Hokkaido. And very reasonably priced as well. It was recommended to us by the friendly people in the Furano info center at the train station. It is about 8km out of town so only really feasible if you have your own wheels. The hotel is a...
