Our family of four stayed for three nights with Dennis and Ann and had such a nice time. They made us feel very welcome. We stayed in the family room upstairs which was large and comfortable. The location was terrific for exploring Snowdonia, and the breakfasts were wonderful. Before we left, Dennis walked with us to a neighbor's farm and...

Hi there, I spend a long weekend at the Tal-Y-Bont B&B with my father in March. We had a great time in this lovely house, overlooking a quite valley and surrounded by the beautifully hilly welsh nature. Very clean, nicely decorated room and the most delicious breakfast (blueberries, strawberries, papayas, melon, raspberries - all in March!). The B&B is an...

We spent three nights at Tal-Y-Bont and it was such a wonderful time. Denis and Ann are amazing hosts and can point you in the right direction no matter what you want to do. We had our two children with us (4 and 6) and we loved the family bedroom. The bathroom was huge and well stocked and the breakfasts...

Driving through mid Wales in our MG Midget we broke down on the doorstep of this quaint B&B. Dennis was the most helpful person ever from letting us use his phone to making us a cup of tea while we waited for the RAC. When the bad news arrived that the car was to be towed away he wouldn't let...

A lovely B&B in a beautiful valley near Blaenau. A very warm welcome from Denis and Ann (not forgetting Albert) who couldn't have been more hospitable. Very nice, clean room and a fantastic breakfast. Highly recommended

My partner and I were in awe of the gorgeous views from our room "Afon". The breakfasts were delicious and offered the same fantastic views each morning. It really was a lovely treat to be staying in such a lovely B&B in such a tranquil setting. Anne and Denis were lovely and very helpful. Drives to Conwy, Snowdon and Beddgelert...

We did a 15day trip of UK in September and stayed at multiple B&Bs but our experience at Tal-Y-Bont was the best. Ann and Dennis are super helpful and they just welcome you into their home (always felt like we were staying with family friends rather than a B&B/hotel). The superlative experience started even before we got there when I...

This was my husband Barrys first trip to North Wales and for me it bought back fond memories of a geography field trip in 1968! We were welcomed warmly by Anne and Denis who couldn't do enough for us. The house was so cosy and comfortable and we felt at home straight away. It was in an ideal location, very...

This was our first visit to North Wales for about 25 years, and the whole experience was wonderful. The welcome from Anne and Dennis when we arrived was genuine and warm. The bedrooms were excellent with everything provided that we could possibly think of. The views and walks from Tal-Y-Bont were stunning. This location was ideal for visiting the surrounding...

This was perhaps the 3rd or 4th time we have visited Tal-Y-Bont Country House . Denis and Anne retain the same warm welcome which keeps bringing us back. The warm comfortable surroundings in a superb location serve as an ideal staging point to visit the surrounding countryside. There are still some places I haven’t yet seen ,so I will be...
