The hotel is very good, it's a huge hotel with a lot of rooms, and it's a very beautiful place! The pools are nice and the gym is good! The breakfast is well served with a good variety of food! The price is a little high in my opinion, but overall it's a good hotel for business os leisure!

Great hotel, very comfortable and new rooms, a big swimming pool, close to a bar where you can have great drinks and beer! Huge outdoor space with several different activities such as soccer, beach volleyball, trails, etc. You will also find an indoor heated pool, saunas, massage... electronic games, cinema, spaces for kids. Staff is amazing and very friendly. I...

I stayed in the hotel during a work convention. I was very impressed that a city in the countryside of São Paulo had a convention center and facilities with this high-end level. Great variety of activities (outdoor and indoor pool, tennis court, gym etc etc...you name it), great and spacious place for business meetings and workshops. There is a variety...

Booked for a weekend, highlights staff friendliness, good cleaning conditions (rooms and facilities), well equipped gym, good meal quality. Improvements: wifi signal, readiness of staff when dealing with large groups.

at first impression it's a great hotel, the lounge is huge and very organized, the accomodations are clean too but the services aren't so good there's no wi-fi for free, which it's needed to pay an expensive fee and for a hotel on that size it's inconvenient

At first impression, you may think it's a rather decent low class convention hotel. But the place is a dump. The quality of the food served in the noisy restaurants is awful. The employees, although friendly, struggle to provide the simplest demands. You get no hot water in your shower and there's an ubiquitous smell of sewage. There's nothing close...

Beautiful place to stay in, great service, professional employees, variety of food and drinks. An excellent hotel to stay in especially for conventions but also can cater to needs of a small group of travellers or a family.

This hotel is perfect for huge business meeting. The facility is perfect. The staff, people at the reception at the buffet, at the pool, are simply AMAZING. Despite telling them we do not speak portugeese they keep on talking to you and smiling at the same time! I was there with my husband who had a conference so I was...

Nothing special. It is a hotel that can be for business convention or to go with Family. There is a simple but complete structure and a reasonable food. During the week itis made for convention. Don't go there to rest otherwise you would be upset with the quantity of people.

I was stayed there for a weekend with my family wife and 3 months baby. The recepcionist was terrible, unrespected the line ever with a baby on my arms. A conference of plenty of vendors in the same hotel, drunk and noisy makes this Resort terrible experience. A lots of mosquitos and neither repelents. Almost everything in room was extra...
