Liz is the owner and she is there daily after about 8 AM. Gabriel is the desk person (8 to 5 each day) and he will help make tour reservations. He even helped change our flat tire. This villa has 12 rooms, each with separate bathrooms. Breakfast is included, which includes a fruit plate and choice of hot food. The...

Stayed for one night, quiet place, friendly staff, rustic rooms, mini flat tv, free wifi in rooms, nice pool and good breakfast, close enough to Ocotal beach, looks like an old place, but is still a nice, awesome beach view. Owner is a really nice person, she waited for us to arrive late night.

What a great little slice of Costa Rican culture. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful with anything we needed. It has an intimate B&B feel to it, where the guests can come together to get an authentic, home-cooked breakfast, or watch the wildlife while sipping Imperial. The rooms themselves are basic, but clean and well tended. The staff...

First time we went to this place, an amazing experience first off not fancy but very friendly and with all kind of surroundings and great environment, food was great, breakfast was quite acceptable and in fact it was included in the package, the owner of the Hotel, Lyz an amazing lady with lots of energy and positive inputs she made...

First, I want to say that the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff -- from the owner to the chefs in the kitchen--- was exceptional. That being said, we were very disappointed in our room. We were put in a small room with 2 full size beds (although we requested one) which left a scant 1.5 feet of space...

The minute three grand kids, my husband and I got there, we felt welcomed! Most gracious and friendly personnel. The family suite was great. The children were at home! The food was excellent all around, so willing to please. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Saw five howler monkeys asleep on the branches of a tall tree in the...

It's a quaint property with humble amenities (including free WiFi). Everyone on staff was super-friendly. The location is great for access to Playa Ocotal, and esp. if you're scuba diving with Rocket Frog Divers.

This place is such a gem. The property is so beautiful and there are so many little areas to hang out or relax,I.e.hammock, open 2nd floor patio area for free wifi, meals, drink, or socializing. The pool is quite unique with a nice oblong pool to swim a bit, or hang out at the pool bar with bar stools in...

It was fortunate we had a gps as this place was hard to find. The staff were very pleasant but the hotel which appears to be a converted villa needs some serious updating. There was no shower only a large grungy tub with a handheld spigot. No curtains on the windows to the bathroom which caused my teenaged daughters great...
