Even with a booking mishap caused by Expedia, Flower Inn made it possible to have us stay for the planned time. The room with on suite bathroom was modern and clean. Even being close to Ciampino airport, you barely notice the air traffic. Breakfast is Italian style with self service. A bus stop is right on the main road and can get you for €1.10 near the train station from where you get for €1.50 into the centre of Rome, all within an hour. To wrap this review into a few words: Even if I wanted to, I couldn't say anything bad about this stay.

Very clean(!!) and lovely B&B! Booking.com made a mistake in the booking and forgot to include our child so they were counting on 2 people instead of 2 and a 4-year-old child... For us it was no problem to sleep in one bed (extra kuddle-time with our little one!) and they were OK with it. The room is big, with airco and television. Bathroom can be accesed through our own room. Nice little balcony. And everything is clean! Very clean!! Host speaks englisch so that's great! Gelato Nonna Mia, very good ice salon at walking distance! And a lot of great restaurants in the neighbourhood like Cottonclub 2.0 and Il Molisano. Great place to stay, good price! We love it!

I recently stayed at this b&b for 2 nights. The 'hotel' was exactly as presented on this site. The room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was self service with a wide range of cakes, fresh fruit, yogurts etc. I would highly recommend this b&b. The only slightly negative thing were the stairs on the outside to reach the room, these could be a problem for anyone with the minimum of disability or young children.

Staff were friendly and spoke english, location a 15 minute walk to train station to catch a train to Rome termini. Property is in a quiet residential area. Basic rooms with a self service breakfast. Can get noisy at times due to thin walls.
