This hotel is a gem! We stayed here for one night with our infant as we had an early morning flight out of CIA and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable. The crib was already set up by the time we arrived and they also have a high chair downstairs. The room and bathroom are clean and modern - the hotel also has a peaceful garden and pool to relax in. Most importantly, the service was impeccable. Claudio at the reception was easily one of the BEST concierges I have ever come across! He called our rental car company repeatedly to fix an issue and even went upstairs to check if my baby was crying so I could relax for a little. We loved our stay here!
Great place to stay! Really close to the airport. Cloudio was fantastic recommending a nearby restaurant (Limoncello) which was also amazing!! He also booked us a taxi as we were leaving early for our flight. Room was clean and luxurious with everything we needed! Would stay again without a second thought and recommend to friends and family!
We checked into the hotel on the 15 th of August, and went into Rome on the 16 th. The pool is a great way to relax and enjoy yourself in the astonishing climate. Lovely rooms, with a great high-powered shower! The breakfast was lovely, on the patio overlooking the pool. Loads of wardrobe space and a safe to keep the passports. It is 15 minutes away from Rome on the train which is €1.50 each. Would recommend to anyone wether it be a faimly holiday to Rome or a romantic date, this hotel is perfect for both.
We stayed here for 1 night. Great proximity to Ciampino airport and various restaurants within walking distance. We struggled to get a meal between midday and 7:30 however! Very friendly staff, very clean property and modern rooms. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend
The room was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and showed us how to purchase our ticket from the station which is very nearby (5 min walk). The train took about 20 minutes into central Rome which is good! A couple of negatives were that you had to walk down a busy main road to get to the station, and walk past some residential lots with guard dogs. These dogs would bark at you everytime you walked past, which when you've got the last train back at 22:00 at night could be quite unnerving. You could also hear the planes which were loud. The breakfast at the hotel was a great addition - we really enjoyed the fresh coffee and croissants.
