Compared to all the hotels on the beach front this one is the cheapest and for a reason. The rooms are very dated, cracks in the main door and window frames, shower is either piping hot or freezing cold, tv looks around 20 years old, pool is too dirty to swim in. This hotel does not have deck chairs on...

Ants in our food. Toom clean but bad smell. Housekeeping friendly. Reception dismal. Very poor organisation at reception and unfriendly.didn't have our booking info when we arrived. Room smelled like s type of noxious gas. Breakfast was a set serve buffet but bread was covered in ants. Had to go to burger king for food.

The room we originally were in had ants crawling all over the bed and in the sheets. The only staff member on at night was rude and upset we were trying to get our money back. They moved us rooms at which point we found bed bugs. We complained again and eventually they moved us one more time. The staff...

Stayed here for 8 days. Location is excellent, right on the beach and only minutes away from the nightlife. Stayed in superior room on 3rd floor, all good, a few ants in the bathroom but hey this is Thailand. Staff were helpful enough and room cleared everyday. Beware when coming back late, there are quite a few ladyboys on mopeds...

We stayed for 4 nights and they certainly can handle the big group of us. (15 peoples with 7 rooms). The rooms are rather spacious with big bathroom. (Definitely get more than what I pay). One of the greatest thing is the resort strategically located at Chaweng beach, close to convenience stores and shopping complex, clubs, pubs, restaurants and etc....

Great location but needs updating. We stayed for a fortnight and whilst the location was great the rest was vey ordinary. Breakfast was below standard. The resort is on a very narrow block so the pool is in shadow most of the day. Pool equipment is not put away so it in view of the guests all the time. The...

Stayed for 6 nights (27th Dec to 2nd Jan) with 2 other families (9 people in total). We had 1 x double, 2 x single and 1 x triple which were located on Level 2 meaning we had this floor to ourselves. The single beds are extremely small (width & length) and this caused problems for my 22 year old...
