We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton samui resort. The whole plant is amazing and is absolutely beautiful to walk through. It has a magnificent beach and the friendliest staff and best food you’ll get to experience. We specifically enjoyed the food at blue monkey and long talay as well as our Buggy rides with Piak who was always there to help and assist if needed 🙏🏼 We hope to return soon!

The Sheraton Samui Resort is an absolute gem. Set amidst a vast, green landscape, it's a paradise for those who love to explore, and if you'd rather ride, the buggies are just a call away. The breakfasts were a hit – a scrumptious spread of European and local dishes that got us started for the day. Our room was not just comfortable, but it also boasted a stylish bathtub on the terrace and a fabulous view. For the kids, the resort was an endless adventure. Between the awesome camp set in the room and the kid's room filled with activities (our son particularly enjoyed the crafts), they were in seventh heaven. We loved the cool stone pool and the variety of beachside activities – from kayaking to stand-up paddle boarding, all available free of charge. And if you're into some friendly competition, there's a ping-pong table too. With two pools to choose from, one lively and family-friendly and the other more tranquil, there's something for everyone. And the beachside bar and restaurant? A great spot for some downtime. Being close to Central Samui and other attractions was just the cherry on top. Highly recommended!…

We've spent a lovely several days at the Sheraton Samui Resort and we're still marveling at the experience. The resort is situated in a lush, sprawling green space – perfect for long, leisurely walks. If you're not up for a stroll, no worries, they've got buggies ready to whisk you around. The rooms were spacious and comfy, with a cool view and even a bathtub on the terrace! The kids were super stoked with their camp set in the room, complete with a tent and toys. Plus, the kid's room with a bunch of activities kept them happily occupied. Our son loved coloring his t-shirt and bag and even made a candle! Location wise, it's a winner. Close to Central Samui and surrounded by an array of shops, cafes, and massages. What we loved the most, though, was the serene Chaweng Noi beach right at our doorstep. With free kayaks and stand-up paddle boards, we had tons of fun on the water. And the sun loungers on the beach? A total bliss! A big thumbs up from the family!…

I was an outside guest in the breakfast, solely. The staff named Miss Jittima, Laddawan and Kasama were wonderful. Actually, it was about a guy, a waiter who wears blue shirt that I don’t know his name, he did really hard work and sweet manners . The restaurant management and the kitchen is fantastic, especially the chef team of signature food and Thai food. The chefs were amazing and cook the food so fast. Even in the peek time of the breakfast, Breakfast Team handled orders sequentially and properly. The waitress and team provided the feelings of home to me when I was arriving at the buffet. 5 stars hotel is always busy but they were awesome and took really best care of me. I walked around and order the drinks but they remember exactly where I was sitting. I never told where I sit but they did a really great job. that’s quite impressive. Absolutely fantastic resort!!! Rooms are spacious, super comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioner works perfect, and daily housekeeping done with a smile!!! Fantastic staff always willing to do whatever they can to make your stay the best possible!!! Breakfast was incredible with a huge variety and different choices each day! The most friendly staff, shutout to Jittima, who always greeted us with coffee/tea and a welcoming smile each morning of our 10 day stay!!!! The location of the resort was perfect; you are close enough to Central Samui, but far enough to be in a quiet secluded location! The Resort bar, The Blue Monkey, was also fantastic! 10/10 recommend. the food at the restaurants is amazing. the overall service at the hotel like the concierge and the restaurants. the rooms are very comfortable and have an amazing view of the beach. the hotel has amazing facilities and is definitely an amazing place to visit when in koh samui

I will start negative points first. Sheraton day pass is a joke especially on the beach as you don't have enough beach chairs and then you have these non-guest coming from outside and taking up chairs, drinking in the pool and shouting across the pool, while the hotel guests are trying to relax on the chairs. I'm not sure if Sheraton only cares about THB 500 per day for the day pass and not look after their own guest who have paid over AUD 5000 for out stays, you need to get your priority right here Sheraton. There are no cushion on the chairs, even Impiana and New Staff have beach chair cushions on the beach chairs, how is Sheraton 5 stars??? Curtains in our rooms were ripped Rooms needs renovating as they are really tired and run down, we had paint pealing off the walls in our room Fridge in the room not working Not much choice at breakfast when it comes to food Need more restaurants for longer staying guest like ourselves Need more staff in the restaurants and beach to assist guests Need no smoking signs in both on the beach and in the Blue Monkey bar, as guest from outside smoking and disrupting the hotel guest. we have to ask the hotel staff to ask these people from outside to stop smoking, We could smell cigarettes' smoke in out room, this is coming through our air-conditioning unit at night time when we were sleeping. Our air conditioning wasn't working to had to get a technician to take a look and get it fixed. The room cleaning was so in consistence, some days we get hand towels, some days we get face towels or some days we didn't get anything and only bath towels. The poor room staff were cleaning too many rooms and not enough time. Sheraton doing a really poor job managing this resort and I hope the Thai owner is aware of this. Now for the positive points Really location Friendly staff , especially the old staff who have been there for a long time. Sunday brunch good idea Good bathroom products Great Spa Beautiful gardens recycling bins are a good idea The bells on the beach to order food is a good idea. You should do more beach brunch on the weekend and not just Sunday. …
