The location is good but the hotel is really outdated. The first thing we had to do when we arrived to our room was to call the reception to tell them that the room was not clean, the toilet was really dirty from previous guest....More
My husband and I visited here and we were impressed.
The rooms were spacious and cleans which was really important, we had no problems with AC or security.
The breakfast was lovely,

We made a reservation some 6 month before. When we arrived they said that they changed our rooms because of high season to better with no charge. Have no time to argue accept it. We got 2 bungalows really out dated looks like 19th century....More

we were there from 15th to 18th december, when there was also quite a lot of flooding in Samui - the only impact was the main street outside became a river....the enterance road to the hotel was boarded and sand bagged, but you could still walk through the water, and get to where you needed to - the main Chaweng "high street" was not impacted and its 50 yards from the enterance
