Beautiful resort in the heart of Koh Samui. Walking distance from Chaweng Beach shops yet still far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. Newly renovated resort with excellent pool/swim up bar. Buffet breakfast daily was excellent with everything you could want on offer. Rooms are good size and very modern. Staff very friendly and always happy to assist. Housekeeping staff especially attentive and accommodating. Stunning views from resort to ocean. We had a pool access room which was great and only shared with a handful of rooms. Would happily stay again.

We had amazing time at Centara !!! Fon, pop, Prae and Toey from kids club are the best !!! Our kids fell in love with them😍 The pool staff is really lovely, they did everything for us to be satisfied. The reception staff is great and went above and beyond for us. Waiting to come back already😀

I stayed here to finish my month in Thailand. Great choice - quiet part of the beach, beautiful newer property, and great staff. Truly enjoyed lounging by the pool and beach, and very cool interactions with some of the guests and staff. Nice breakfast buffet - nest time I wint leave :)

Well this is the best Resort we have ever stayed at..from the pick up at the airport..snacks in our vehicle to the personalised one on one check in. The people at the front desk were polite friendly and just lovely . The staff in the breakfast area The Terrace were so lovely a special mention to Stam our beautiful trainee lass in the bakery area and the other girls so friendly and helpful ..Joy Em Kate and Ada and special thank you to Wild who helped us make the decision to go for a massage in the resorts beautiful spa. Here we were so mesmerised by Ae and Rung we both had magical hands and left us so relaxed. The staff in the pool area were forever filling our glasses with iced water and helping us drag the complementary kayak into the water for us . Then finally the guys at the front William Tony and just all of them were so friendly and helpful. We will be back most certainly …

Had a great time at the Sunday brunch and then followed up a nice evening in the Gin Run bar. The staff were so accommodating, thank you for having us. It’s the perfect place to have a Sunday afternoon, but I have to say once the food had settled being able to join the happy hour in the hotel bar made our evening complete. We stayed 6 nights in a king deluxe ocean view room. The whole experience was luxe from start to finish. Service was welcoming and friendly - Ellie on FOH team was exceptional and made sure we felt well looked after throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious every day, the pools were as good as the photos suggest and the beach that the hotel is on was stunning. The hotel is in a quiet area but a taxi up to Chaweng takes only 10 mins and not expensive. Bophut is also only 20 mins away and has lots of choice of bars and restaurants. We loved our time here and it’s one of the few places I have visited that is on my ‘definite return’ list. An absolute gem of a place!

The Centara Reserve Samui resort is stunning. The rooms are beautiful. The service is excellent and very responsive. Amenities are great. Everything is very clean. The spa is beautiful - had the best massage ever. We had a fantastic time and will definitely be back. Loved it!!!

Everything is flawless. Mr. Jean provided us with extremely courteous and welcoming service, as well as a wealth of information about the hotel. The hotel is enormous and was recently renovated in a minimal, contemporary design. There are two swimming pools at the hotel; I prefer the infinity pool, which is surrounded by transparent glass and faces the shore. However, the primary pool has a beautiful nighttime light that resembles a star. I had dinner at the restaurant Sa Nga, where the cuisine is incredibly delicious. Additionally, the hotel provides you a unique surprise gift every day. I would absolutely return to this location. Mr. Jean, we appreciate your assistance, which made our trip convenient and enjoyable.

Had a wonderful week at Centara. We had a small issue with our first room, which when couldn’t be rectified, we were moved to another room within a half hour and it was not a problem. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast food was ample and delicious. Have the Moo Ping for breakfast YUM. No chance of getting dehydrated as the attentive staff are always on the lookout for an empty glass and will keep it filled. We also spent time in The Gin Run, which offered two for one cocktails between 4 and 6pm. Molly at reception looked after us and made us feel very welcome. We look forward to returning next year. This was our first time to Samui, but will not be our last.
